Half Moon Bay, California
If you're after something a little more quirky for your stay in California, we have just the place. This 1967 Airstream campervan is a blast from the past but with all the modern bits you need. About 300 yards away from Poplar beach, you'll be able to drift off to sleep to the sound of waves. You'll have your own kitchenette for cooking light meals and an ultra-comfy Queen-sized bed to rest your head in. Outside, you'll have full access to the private fenced-off yard that the home sits on, with a fire pit and seating. Small but mighty.
Loved this location, Clean and quiet. Guliz had to change up our resv due to a hiccup and she took care of it smoothly with no impact to us.
This little gem is cozy and so close to one of the best walking beaches and coastal walks. Fun and hope to stay again in the future.
This property has everything and is perfect for a weekend getaway at the beach.
Excellent location...walking distance to the beach and the airstream/property are charming. We enjoyed our time in HMB. Thank you!
This was our cozy home base to visit downtown & Farmer John’s Pumpkin Farm with our dog. Just a few blocks from the beach, we could hear the ocean waves in the early mornings. The fenced off area where the airstream is parked is very private and no worries about the dog being able to get out! The airstream had everything we needed from coffee to warm blankets. We got there a little early and we let our hosts know we would be downtown shopping until check in time. The hosts messaged back and said that we would be able to check in early, what a pleasant surprise. The airstream part of the weekend was truly fun and enjoyable! We could not be happier with our weekend visit to HMB.
The site was just as advertised. We were very pleased with host involvement and preparation. Hosts were on site upon arrival and remained available and accommodating. The location in the small neighborhood was quiet, safe, and accessible to all surroundings. It is a cool setting in the Airstream and a nice place to be.
one night stay. Very clean. I enjoyed the retro vibe. The private courtyard and fire pit were excellent. Bed and bath were clean and comfortable. This is an Airstream, so the windows are older and don't operate well (which was no surprise to me) Kitchen was clean
This was the perfect spot for beach access and close to downtown. It was super cozy and we had everything we needed and more.
Neat unique rental experience. Clean and comfortable. Excellent communication. Unfortunately only got to spend the night as passing through from Big Sur to San Francisco. Nice landscaping and neat outside area. Would have loved to sat by the fire pit and had a drink. Would definitely recommend and rent again.
Don’t over-expect. This is a 50 year old Airstream trailer. Windows are original—no screens—BUT A LOT IF FUN! 1minute walk to the cliffs of the ocean. Fell asleep to the waves. Little kitchenette with microwave. Just a blast from the past—not luxurious—but FUN!
We had such a lovely stay and plan to return. We slept so comfortably, loved having all the sweet amenities, the lovely fire pit and darling yard space, as well as the excellent privacy. I recommend staying at this awesome AirStream. It was fantastic and beautiful.
The property is about a seven minute walk from the beach and is it a neighborhood that is very quiet and calming. It was so easy to sleep in a very comfortable bed and having a fenced in yard for my dogs was so convenient.
The Airstream was great and had its own private fenced in lot. As with most camping trailers, the space is tight inside but lots of outdoor seating areas were configured into the grounds around the camper. The temperature was in the low 60s and it was foggy for our 3-day stay, so we traveled about, ate out, and made the most of our time in HMB.
