Stayed Jan 30, 2022The owner was very quick to respond to questions we had. More communication on the “workings” of the property would have alleviated some concerns. The property is “dated” which was fine, but was not as clean as we would have expected. May want to follow up with the cleaning Service they have. The location is great to the amenities the resort offers. If the clientele for the property is elderly though, may want to consider updating the living room chairs. This was our first winter visit to Sarasota and it met our specific needs.

Stayed Apr 5, 2021We loved being here! The house has everything for life: a coffee maker, a toaster, dishes, a grill. The pool is within walking distance. The children were happy. We did not regret staying here.
