Bedrooms & Bathrooms

North 23 features two immaculately dressed bedrooms. The master king-size bedroom includes a private en-suite shower room, fitted wardrobes, and a Smart TV for added comfort. The second bedroom includes two full-sized zip-and-link single beds (can be arranged as a twin or double), a spacious walk-in wardrobe, and its own TV. A family bathroom offers a bath with overhead shower, WC, and basin – perfect for winding down after a day at the beach or exploring.



Open-Plan Living, Dining & Kitchen

At the heart of the lodge is a beautifully designed open-plan living space, where the lounge, kitchen, and dining areas flow seamlessly together. Plush seating includes two armchairs, a sofa bed, and a luxurious electric reclining chair, positioned around a feature electric fire and Smart TV – a cosy setting for relaxing nights in.



The well-equipped kitchen includes a gas hob, oven, air fryer, slow cooker, dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge, freezer, and all essential cookware. A four-seater dining table provides the perfect spot for shared meals or morning coffee with views.



Outside

Step through sliding patio doors onto a wraparound balcony complete with comfortable outdoor seating – an idyllic spot to enjoy al fresco meals or soak up the fresh Isle of Wight air. Ample off-road parking for two cars is provided just outside the lodge.



Dog Friendly

Well-behaved dogs are welcome (max 2), though must be kept on a lead in the park. Please note: this is a non-smoking property both indoors and on the decking.
