Delightful house, very quiet neighborhood away from the hustle and bustle of CStat, yet close to the action. As soon as you exit property you can see Kyle field.

My friends and I were in the area for the our national dog event at the Brazos County Expo Center and wanted a nice, quiet place to stay with our dogs. This place was just perfect! The dogs loved having the yard to run around in and the house worked well for the three of us. The host was easy to communicate with, as well. I would highly recommend this place.

This property is exactly as advertised. It is a larger mobile home in good condition. We had 4 members in our party - the three bedrooms and 2 baths were about ideal for our stay - in for a football weekend. We didn't really use the kitchen although it had the needed elements. The washer and dryer did function - my daughter and her friend needed and used it. The internet connection was easy, the TV worked fine. The property is ~5 miles south of the campus off Wellborn road. The only challenge is that there is significant road construction currently going on along most of the options to get there. When complete, and particularly not on a football weekend, this will be a quick and easy drive. I managed to forget a piece of luggage following our stay and had to make a mad dash back - after check out time - and the owner was more than happy to let us revisit the property to retrieve it - and get back to the airport in time for our flights. All in all - a great place to stay for a convenient, private, and as advertised property.

Everything was exactly as expected. Well maintained and clean. Easy to get to A&M campus and perfect for the dogs with a fenced in yard. This is great value for 3 bedrooms.

We were very happy with the place for our trip to Aggieland. Kitchen was supplied with everything we needed and the location was easy to find and comfortable. I plan on staying here again in the future.

This place had everything we needed for a weekend to celebrate our graduating Aggie away from the busyness close to campus. It was affordably priced, clean, well-stocked, and in a quiet mobile home community. The maintained yard allowed us to utilize it for a fun game of bocce ball (which we brought with us). Unfortunately, the mosquitos are already out this year, so we limited out time outside. This place may not be a luxury accommodation, but it fit our needs perfectly. I do have to mention that if you sleep in the front bedroom, the noise of the ac unit when it kicks on might startle you at first until you get used to it. The back bedrooms were very quiet at night according to my parents. We also appreciated the supplied coffee pods for the Keurig!

When we come to College Station, we head here. It’s so much more relaxing knowing our dogs are welcome. The neighborhood is quiet and easy to get to.
