Nice and quiet

Marty is a wonderful gentleman. Quiet out of the way location that makes for easy access to the east end of the lake and the marinas that my guide fished out of. For the price you get even more than you pay for.

Was in the area for work. Accomodations were very affordable, clean and comfortable. Was able to bring my boat and get some relaxing fishing in after work. Marty is an friendly host. Thank you for sharing your home.

We needed a quiet, comfortable nights sleep before a trail race near Madill. This was a perfect place. Quiet Comfort

Marty (and Mama) were great. Great place to stay while fishing Texoma. Marty was very accommodating and knowledgeable. We will definitely be back, actually we cant wait to go back.

I really enjoyed my stay. If I'm ever in the area again, I would most definitely attempt to book this property first. The owner is friendly, accommodating and very knowledgeable about the area and lake. The home is very clean and property is well kept!

Marty was a wonderful host. He answered all of our questions about the area (including the Lake Texoma Fishing Report) before arrival. He opened his home to us and provided warm beds, hot showers, as well as hot coffee each morning. Upon our arrival he gave us a tour of Wichita Point (for mountain biking) and Alberta Creek Marina (for fishing). We were able to relax and unwind each evening within his screened-in porch. He allowed us to make a campfire in his fire ring one evening as well. Marty even took my son catfishing to one of his favorite fishing spots. While we were there to take a guided striped bass fishing trip...Marty made the stay more memorable with his hospitality. We will definitely be back for some more fishing adventures in the future.

I have to say that this was the best experience I’ve had by far with a vacation rental! The owner, Marty went well above and beyond anything expected! Accommodating doesn’t even begin to describe level of excellence that’s was provided to me by the owner!! Not only was he outside to greet me when I arrived, he assisted me in unpacking my truck and bringing in my things! In addition to this, He also played the role of guide and showed me places in the lake to go fishing AND went fishing with me!! It a was a great week and he is an amazing person and now a friend! I highly recommend this to anyone! The place is clean, organized and very very comfortable! ????

Accommodations were clean and comfortable. Had our own bedroom/2 beds and bath room/2 sinks, but shared the kitchen and living room with owner as he lives there also. He was very accommodating and offered everything in the kitchen for our use. Never felt uneasy with owner. Will be staying there again.
