Change out mattresses/stainsClean bathroom betterMain bedroom toilet seat was loose and flushing was an issue. T. V in bedrooms would be a good amenity. Would be nice to have fenced area… but that was not an issue.

As advertised, very nice 3 bedroom trailer with many amenities provided. We were fishing in a 400 boat bass tournament and it was centrally located for fishing on Toledo Bend and for weigh in facilities.

The property was nicely furnished and the beds were comfortable. Both toilets were not operating properly (the tanks were not filling) and the WiFi was not adequate at all. The WiFi network listed in the instructions did not exist. The TV would not work due to no network. We later found a hotspot and connected to that but it was not fast enough to support anything.

My family traveled to Louisiana to celebrate my father in laws 90th birthday. We had plenty of room to host a small family dinner. The location was very quiet and we really enjoyed our stay.
