Good experience Trying something beside a hotel

We enjoyed this venue and its location. Also, we cannot say enough about the responsiveness of our hosts to a need we had. This was perfect for our short stay in B/CS for the weekend. Will definitely come back.

This cozy camper was perfect for our weekend in College Station for the TAMU vs tu game! All the hotels in the area were outrageously priced, So we opted for this cute camper. Our hostess Meredith was wonderful, providing clear communication with us before, during, and after our stay. The camper fit me, my husband, daughter, and daughter’s boyfriend comfortably. The resort facilities were very clean, peaceful and family oriented. We had everything we needed and had a great time.

This was my first RV stay ever! I felt a bit clumsy even with the very detailed instructions from Meredith. The place was spotless, very cozy and beds were surprisingly VERY comfortable. The AC worked perfectly and the location was really nice/family friendly. If you’ve never stayed in an RV, don’t do what I did and roll up near midnight for check in! Give yourself some daylight to get it figured out and read the instructions! It was advertised as 10 mins from campus, I found it to be about 20 mins from campus, though that is game day in Aggieland! I will stay again!!

Hosts were outstanding and very quickly to answer to text or email. Trailer was very spacious and decorative. Table and umbrella was a very nice touch outside. Rv park was great. Had plenty of amenities with a pool, playground, pickleball courts, very nice pavilion by the pool, and in door games. The bathrooms were great being full size just like at home. Would absolutely stay again and would highly recommend this rental!

We were in town for a college game and the RV was a pleasant place for us to stay. Property was clean and had a cozy feel.

The hosts was easy to talk to and very helpful! We loved the decor & it was very comfortable & quiet. The pool was great with a unique covered place to sit near the pool & watch tv. The staff at Hardy’s was so nice. There were clean showers & pickle ball was fun! We will definitely stay again. Lots to do. It was a great getaway for a group to relax & watch the game & be nearby restaurants & Kyle Field. Meredith was available when we needed her for any questions we had and very private for us to relax and play games. Their Rv was well taken care of! Love the Aggie tradition & events nearby Thanks!

This cute space was everything we needed as we celebrated our 2023 graduate. Hosted by an Aggie in a quiet neighborhood and just a short drive to campus. Thanks for your hospitality.

We experienced problems with the hot water in the RV. We reached out to the contacts and they replied in a timely manner that they would be coming out to look at the problem and would arrive within 20 minutes. It ended up being a problem that was unable to be fixed. We were given access on our last day to the unoccupied house on the property to be able to take a hot shower. We were reimbursed 1/2 of the cost for the weekend for the complications. They were very good at communicating with us from start to finish of our stay with them.
