Free launch ramp with parking less than a mile away along with day use beaches within a 5 minute drive, including another launch ramp with large human and separate dog beaches. Plenty of parking!

Stayed May 8, 2025Perfect for 6 people for 3 nights, quiet area, quick access to Parker and the River. Very clean, and a super fun pool table which got a lot of use. Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed Apr 16, 2025The location was great for what we needed it is truly the 70s all works comfortable beds and rooms kitchen clean well stocked ,things should be fixed dinning chairs should be adjusted not to wobble along with master toilet. Front steps need to be replaced and railing weak living room coffee table leg is falling off . Bar and pool table nice

Stayed Dec 21, 2024My kids and I stayed here for a few days to see our snow bird family. This house was clean and had lot of room. There was a holiday gift basket waiting for us and a small dish of danishes. My kids loved playing the games especially pool. We had a blast staying here and would highly recommend this place!
