We stayed a full week. Communication with the host was great. There were some minor issues that we experienced but nothing major.

Finding which gate to go in and finding the key was a bit crazy but other than that it was good. Thank you we will book again. Traci, Ken & little dog Corey

The camper is underwhelming compared to the photos -- it is small (especially the bathroom), has a loud AC unit that doesn't circulate to the bunkbeds, has a musty smell throughout and on the linens (likely from being closed up in a warm climate), dirty floors, and the occasional roach. It is okay for a short stay given it's central location and communicative property management. The outside area is nice -- plenty of chairs, shade, and privacy with the fencing.

We had a rough start but it was solved. The RV was not leveled and was shaking. The picture do not show the true size of the outside or the RV.

Not necessarily ideal for cold weather. A nice little set up though.

Leftover food still in the fridge, electrical outlets pulled out of wall, and the outdoor space was not clean. (trash on the ground and the table and chairs were filthy) The fenced yard was great for our dog and the camper was comfortable for sleeping and hanging out but cleanliness was definitely not on par.

Expected size and RV bathroom but there were issues with response especially relating to the bathroom. On the positive side, the other accomodations were good and the exterior feature was good.. Our dog loved it.the accessibility.

My wife and two young kids stayed here for a few nights and from check-in to check-out it was a seamless process. Host is great with communication and never let more than 15 mins pass by before answering questions I had. Within the first night there were a few small things that I brought to the host’s attention and they addressed it immediately. I have no real complaints about the property. My only suggestion would be to include that the camper is actually located in a neighborhood surrounded by houses. I assumed (my fault) that it would have been in an RV park of sorts. But this in no way impacted my stay. Neighbors were quiet by at least 9pm. The camper has high fences all the way around so you have some privacy if you want to sit by the fire or grill some burgers. The beds are comfy, although, at first glance they don’t look like they would be. I was pleasantly surprised. The inside of the camper was very clean. I was provided with detailed instructions on how to operate everything inside. Overall this was a great experience and the kids loved it. I will be renting from this host again.

We initially booked the glamping experience. Upon check in, the AC was not working and the camper was at 115 degrees inside. Even when face timing with property personnel, the AC would not kick on. Without hesitation the gentlemen on the phone (Paul?) quickly worked to put my son in the house adjacent to the property. It was an excellent option to ensure my son's stay. And the hurricane hits. The house was fine, the power was fine, there was zero flooding and all was safe for him. I am in South Pasadena and the surge of the storm impacted our first floor condo. I called and asked if we could extend the stay in the house to give me time to clean and prepare his return to the condo. Again without hesitation the gentlemen on the phone said absolutely. The extra time was priceless for us. Thank you for the incredible, immediate responses to my inquiries, the shifting of the property rental, the extension to the stay and the overall honesty of the service. You helped me though and already stressful time helping my son relocate here, while working through significant PTSD and a hurricane. Many thanks Karen Lynch

I wish I could leave a 5 star review for this company, especially since they have such good reviews. My wife and I booked the “Glamping in Magnolia Heights” for a month, after a quick move to St. Pete and have tried to share our experience with the manager since we checked out (early, by the way.) When we first arrived to our Glamping experience we immediately noticed that the trash was so smelly you could smell it behind the fence. We opened the trash can and there were literal maggots in the bottom of the trash can. It’s hot out, so oh well, we weren’t concerned. We got in the camper and it was very hot but it cooled down somewhat, so we weren’t worried. The next day, we come in and it’s nearly 100 degrees, and our dog and cat are sitting in there panting. We were told that a camper repair company would come out around 4:30 pm and they didn’t show up until 9pm. The next day, we asked when we could expect for the ac to be fixed and sat there until mid day when they gave us access to another property. When it was decided that we needed to be moved, we moved to a location behind the camper so that we didn’t upset anyone else’s reservation. This place was absolutely nasty. They did not provide anything for cleaning except a swifter wet jet (no cleaning spray for it or pads for it), a broom (no dustpan, we had to buy one) and the washing machine had no provided cleaning detergent. There is a gigantic gap around the allowing bugs and lizards to crawl in and out unrestricted.

Was a quiet neighborhood, we took our pups and they had as much fun as we did! Close to downtown area and the closest restaurant was within half a mile. Would definitely stay again for a getaway weekend

We had a good time staying at the RV. It was nice to have the fire pit to grill hot dogs and have smores. The shower is small but what is expected for the RV. Overall very nice, quite and convenient place to stay.

Good value for the price if you like to camp. Nothing fancy and it was clean. I had an issue with the smoke alarm going off 3 times in 5 days. But it went off on it's own after 10 minutes. I would stay there again.

We took our two Australian Shepherds on a vacation. This was their vacation. This rental was perfectly located to all the places we planned on bringing them. Great bonus that the RV is fenced in. Very convenient onsite parking.
