3pm check-in time and 11am check-out time, you will enjoy Miami's beautiful sunny day in this exquisite 22 camper/RV. It has a full bathroom but SMALL, especially for someone that is recovering from a medical treatment.

The space
IF REQUIRED AN EXTRA FULL-SIZE BED, PLEASE LET ME KNOW. This is an adorable 22 Camper/RV, very close to two Supermarkets; walking distance to 24/7 drug store; NO laundromat on the property but one 5 minutes away. Very close to public transportation and within walking distance to Magic City casino. Also very close to fast-food restaurants. As a 22 camper it will require maintenance, I will drain the black disposable tank every three days outside the Camper, so your privacy won't be affected. Please, follow the instructions sent out about the functionality of the AC, as a temp tenant you are REQUIRED to please do not open any windows. This is an original AC camper unit with a little noise and can easily break if the outside atmosphere is exposed for a while. If you are required to open the bathroom window do so but close it right after stepping.

Other things to note
We are very close to Miami International Airport; planes usually travel north of the airport, and we are on the south side. You will stay in this friendly and peaceful area, and we kindly ask you to respect the community and surroundings. Please monitor your noise level, especially late at night.
