Cute one bedroom home close to beaches with a pool!

Our second stay here was an extended trip for just my husband and I! We absolutely love this place and try to stay any chance we get! The location is awesome and the place is always clean and inviting!

This is a very cute one bedroom manufactured home with a great addition ....like a family room attached. It was very clean and soaps, toilet paper, soices, ciffee, and many other amenities were provided. Lots of towels and extra bedding for the sofa sleeper which our guests stated was very comfortable. The ONLY negative was the airport noise but we tuned it out mostly. It is located in a very accessible spot and a very nice swimming pool and friendly community. Ashlie was very responsive to any texts. A good experience for us.which was

Very comfortable and close to many activities

Property was in a convenient location. Although once we arrived and opened the door it was filthy. I have pics to prove it. My daughter and I stayed up until 2 a.m cleaning and washing bed linen. I contacted the property manager and she told me that it must've been broken into (mind u this is a gated community. Then tried saying we did it. I started taking pics right away so they are time stamped on my phone. She told me I needed to contact the police for breaking and entering. I told her no she could contact them that it's not my property. Once the police arrived, they checked everything out. Agreed with me that they're cleaner did not do their job, and that the property had not been broken into. I went to the front desk the next day and explain to them everything that happened. They were not very happy, and also told me that the property is not supposed to be rented out unless they contact the park first. I have spoken to Ashley since I have been home. She has still ignored the fact of giving me my money back and told me that they have to wait until they're cleaners come in before she can do so. I have pics of when we left and the place looked immaculate, compared to what it look like when we arrived. I also had to buy cleaning supplies which I left on the property for them. We would have enjoyed our stay there if they would have just owned up to their mistake and not try to blame others. I feel they acted in a very unprofessional way about the whole situation.

This was perfect for myself and my kiddo. We enjoyed all of the amenities and the great location. Would definitely recommend!

Great place to stay with wonderful hosts! I booked this location last minute and they were very accommodating! Excellent location close to lots of beaches! If ever in the area again would absolutely stay here again!

Great host, comfortable home, beautiful location! The first couple of mornings it was hard to sleep in because of the noise of the jets taking off from the runway near us, but we got used to it. We enjoyed watching the wildlife at the lake nearby. Everyone in the neighborhood was very friendly! Thank you for the great stay!
