Nice getaway. Remote enough to feel like you’re away from everything. Perfect for recharging.

This is a lovely property. Due to the nature of our visit we didn’t get to spend a lot of time there during the day - but wish we did. I would love to just sit by the creek and read a good book! It is around 15 minutes outside of Morgantown but be sure you follow the additional directions they give in the notes! GPS will have you in the wrong place completely ;) The hosts were amazingly prompt and helpful and so very kind. Highly recommend the Sabo coffee they make right on their street! It’s delicious.

We had a wonderful one night stay and will keep this property in mind for when we visit the area again! The owners were truly wonderful, accommodating and kind! We celebrated my daughters 18th birthday with our family of 4, her roommate and our dog Bear!

We stayed here for the weekend while visiting family and friends. The RV and ground was spotless and well appointed. Everything you could need for a quiet weekend. Host was super responsive to all questions and very helpful. The huge privacy fence around the grounds was very nice to have. Would definitely stay again!

The place was immaculate. The stream was so peaceful and relaxing. It was a little private oasis from the outside world.

My sister and I booked one night for a Dr.'s appointment early the next morning. Upon opening the gate - even before entering the motor home, we contacted Teresa to book another night! We met and visited with Keith and their son-in-law. Conversation was easy, and we learned about their lives and a bit about their history on the property. There are several types of seating from which to look at undeveloped woods while watching and listening to a creek tumbling over rocks. I did not have extra shoes, or I would have been IN the creek. When up on the level area, a tall wood fence provides complete privacy. My dog, Lucy, loved it; if your pet wanders, bring a long leash, because the fence is not completely enclosed. Inside the motor home are all the conveniences you need - plates, bowls, ceramic coffee cups, an array of cooking pots and utensils, towels, multiple individual lights, freshly roasted coffee, a full kitchen, sofa, dining area. Condiments comprise creamer, sugar, salt, and pepper. For our next stay, we will bring others to top off our meals. I could go on - suffice it to say that we will be back. :)
