Cozy corner getaway in the mountains-Minutes away from Helen,GA/GA Mt Fairground

Great little neighborhood!!

The location was perfect, not far at all from Hiawassee proper but far enough that you were out in country, and it was quiet. Really enjoyed having the fenced front porch so that we could have our dogs loose. There were rockers and nice large table and ceiling fans on porch so we spent most of our time outdoors. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Bathrooms clean and stocked. We had a nice big open field right next to us so made it easy to take dogs right off porch and onto a field. Everyone very friendly and really nice for walking. Would stay again for sure.

It was quiet, clean, and nice. The place was just as the listing described.

The rental is a single wide park model with an added bathroom and bedroom (no closet in the second bedroom though). The owners are super responsive to all needs and questions. The inside of the park model has been upgraded to look like a cabin with lots of nice finishes. Lots of different lights to meet your needs - reading, watching tv or just chillin. Nice quiet location in an owner occupied, very nicely maintained mobile home park. The second bedroom can only be accessed through the main bedroom or an outside door.

This is our second time staying in this little community. It is a nice and quiet place to hide away and relax. Being on the end you have plenty of privace and a straight shot out. Very roomy and is equipt with anything you could need! Its a short drive to Helen or to Hiwassee. Will book again in the future!!!!

Great place to stay! Quiet community with very friendly neighbors with a gas station at the entrance and a swimming pool for the kids with access to the creek. Short drive into Helen, Ga and Hiawassee, Ga for fun actives and lunch or dinner . This property had a great covered porch for outdoor lunch or dinner or playing games. Property managers were great and friendly and made check in easy. Will definitely stay again!

Wow! It’s hard to describe the wonderful time we had in Hiawasee. The home on the corner was so nice. We spent as much time as we could on the porch or sitting on the bench in the shading watching the hummingbirds and enjoying the gentle breeze even in August. It has to be the quietest rental we’ve experienced. It helped us to stop and slow down.

Host was wonderful and we enjoyed our quick stay at this adorable mountain retreat within a small village community.

Wanted convenient place to stay for friend’s wedding at Retreat at Hiawasee since it was a weekend event. This was a great place for us very clean n cozy 2 minutes from venue
