Enjoy this cozy 1 bedroom, 1 bath private park model (mobile home) with sleeping space for 4. There is a queen bed in the bedroom and a pull-out queen sofa sleeper in the living room. Within the unit, you'll have access to a full kitchen, free Wi-Fi, and Roku TVs with streaming services.

Step out onto the large 9x50' covered patio either from the bedroom or the living room to enjoy your coffee in the morning orwind down in the evening after a day on the lake. The patio has a propane BBQ, 2 large sectionals, fire pit, TV, high-top table w/benches, and a swamp cooler.

The large 13x50' carport provides plenty of covered parking for your car/truck, boat, or side-by-side. You'll also have access to a private golf cart to cruise around within the resort.

Walk to marina, beaches... walking path is only a block away. Just minutes away from London Bridge, restaurants, and stores.

GUEST ACCESS

Located on the Island, Sam's Beachcomber Resort offers the best of Lake Havasu year-round. Everything you need to enjoy the sunshine to the fullest is waiting for you at Sam's Beachcomber Resort, including private access to the lake with private beaches, launch ramps and boat docks, as well as horseshoe pits, pool and spa, recreation center, billiards room, exercise rooms, on-site laundry facility, and park showers.

All beach parking is first-come, first-serve. Resort boat slips can be utilized (if boat is 26' or less) for an additional fee, on a first-come, first-served basis through the front office. If you are bringing a boat or PWC into the park, it must be in your name and you will need to provide the office or guard station with registration and insurance on the watercraft. You can launch from the private ramp or next door at Site Six public ramp. The public marina is also right down the street.

There are exterior motion-sensor cameras on the premises for the safety and security of the property. These cameras do not look into the interior space.

Golf Cart Disclosure: Use of the Complimentary Golf Cart is at guests own risk and Owner will not be held responsible for any injury while driving the golf cart. Guests who use the complimentary golf cart will be held financially responsible for any damage to the golf cart during use. No one under the age of 21 without a valid Driver's license is allowed to operate the Golf Cart and a max of 4 people are allowed at a time during use.
