We were disappointed that while some things were very clean (mattresses and bedding) some parts were very dirty. The light switches and vents were filthy. The showers/curtains were not the greatest. There were no Kleenex’s in the entire house. The front bathroom had no hand soap. Two of the beds had no mattress pads. There were no pillowcases in two of the rooms. The fragrance plug ins was too much. People have allergies and those are terrible. The railing on the front step is about to fall off. You need to add a picture of the outside of the house to the listing. We had 6 people and there were only 5 coffee pods so we had to go buy coffee at the gas station.
I was very surprised when we arrived at the home to find s many items either broken or in need of repair. The home was clean and the beds were comfortable and that was the best part. Blinds were broken, sinks did not drain well, kitchen faucet drips constantly, outdoor railing not secure, dish washer not anchored so the racks came tumbling out, fan chain in master bedroom broken, security front door difficult to close, back door difficult to close. The surrounds were rundown but new homes are being built about a block away. This is an older, manufactured home that is very run down. However, with a little TLC, could be comfortable. I would not recommend for children as the outdoor area is not available for play.
Properties in the Tucson area are generally more expensive than other parts of the country, and we were looking for a bargain. The rental costs for this property were very reasonable and the reviews were pretty good. Rene met us at the property shortly after we arrived and was very responsive with our requests (we asked if a grill was available and he brought over a brand new one. The toaster quit working and we had a new one within hours of telling him.) The renovations that have been completed are nice, but there is much more to be done. There were closets in all of the bedrooms with the exception of the master. Not sure why the owners decided to make the master closet into storage for their cleaning supplies instead of one of the other bedroom closets. The beds were comfortable and the house was clean. Living room furniture was nice, and the TV was really large. We were a little worried about the neighborhood, but it was very quiet and we had no issues. Long story short; it was a good stay, but we are hopeful the owners will put some more money iinto renovating the kitchen and master bath.
This property is nicer online. It is an older manufactured home with some cosmetic flaws. It wasn’t completely stocked but we got by. It appears to be in a rough neighborhood but it was very quiet with no issues. It is a distance from shopping. The beds were comfortable. Overall it was fine.
This property was perfect for our stay.
We had a nice visit. Thank you
