Property lived up to all expectations and was as described diamond rated. Very clean, comfortable and well appointed with all necessary requirements. An ideal place to stay in North Norfolk in a pleasant location. Would use again if visiting the area for another holiday.

Very clean. Well equiped. Exactly what was listed. Had an issue with the TV which was solved within minutes by the owners/maintainers who were extremely friendly. Thank you all very much. Highly recommend

This unit was fine for the needs of our group - 2 families of 4 with young children for a 2 night break. It was reasonably clean, well equipped and ok value compared to what else was available over the May bank holiday. Improvements neede 1) Park dean resorts advertises facilities such as indoor and outdoor swimming pools and mini golf. However, except for the kids playground to use all other facilities you need a paid for leisure pass. I rang the booking agent to find out prices (couldn’t tell me), Park Dean (no option on automated voice system for this and couldn't find an option that would let me speak to a person) & no info when Googled - why Park Dean need to make this such top secret info is beyond me but it made it impossible to plan our time in advance. Turns out the pass works out good value if you’re there for a week (£15 adults / £12 kids). But if you’re there for 1 or 2 days you get just 10% off and the crazy golf was not open. So if like us you want to go for 1 family swim you need to pay £48.60 for the pleasure - or go to a better local leisure centre with slides etc for half the price!! Come on Park Dean, makes zero sense!!!! 2) It was windy when we stayed and the creaking sounds coming from the unit were really disruptive for sleep 3) Whilst the unit had been cleaned it wouldn’t meet the cleanliness standards of a lot of people. Corners, shelves, window frames etc haven’t seen a cloth for a long time and mattress protectors were grim

Lovely accommodation with outdoor seating and comfortable seating and beds. There is everything you need in the kitchen to cater yourself or else the site has a good restaurant and other entertainment such as indoor and outdoor pool, amusements and show bar at an extra cost. Overall, we had a lovely stay and would definitely book again.

Property was lovely and in a great location wish we had booked extra time to stay. the weather was lovely too. Site has plenty going on and a handy little shop on site too so if you needed anything you could call in there and customer service desk the lady was lovely and helpful if you had any questions next door to the shop. Definitely recommend it.

This caravan is in need of some TLC and a deep clean. We were five adults just wanting a base really for a few days as we were visiting relatives nearby in Scratby. The site and facilities were very good and are kept clean and tidy everything you would want re shops restaurant swimming golf etc.

What a lovely clean caravan. And in a perfect stay enjoyed our stay except from the lady opposite she spoilt it saying kids could not play on grass or play outside i was so angry. This is the lady i was told if any problems to go to in the caravan. Other than that was a lovely holiday

This van needs a deep clean to be brought up to standard and a number of internal repairs undertaken to shower & wc Van not very clean, cooker hood & filter filthy, hand basin & loo floors dirty , windows not cleaned & muck under radiators Had to wash all cutlery as many items dirty Some quilts & matress protectors stained In the age of Covid this was all very dissappointing Hot water in shower kept cutting out so had to wash in cold water, toilet then started to constantly flush and handyman sent to repair wc said fix was only temporary and we should only use part flush or probem would come back Sadly we had had enough and we left a day early
