The neighborhood has a nice residential feel to it with the Coastal Highway only a few blocks away. You will be conveniently within walking distance to numerous restaurants, miniature golf courses, and beach shopping. Sun and Surf Cinemas, located on 143rd St, is perfect for a family movie night, or you might hop on the bus and head down to the Ocean City Boardwalk for a fun night of games, rides, and entertainment.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

This property is located in an R1-zoned area.  Per Ocean City Ordinance, the maximum occupancy in a dwelling in the R-1 single family residential district and the MH mobile home residential district being used as a premises for habitation/rental housing unit, is two persons per bedroom, plus two additional persons, provided that occupancy does not exceed the maximum allowed occupancy under Chapter 10 and the dwelling's or building's allowed occupancy use for its provided fire protection features required under Chapter 34.  The maximum occupancy limit is strictly enforced.

    This house is nicely updated inside and has a nice deck space with water view. The outside of the home could use some tlc and the interior walls are thin, every sound travels throughout the house. I liked the Vacasa provided towels and basics, like paper towels, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, etc.The renovated showers are the best feature in the house. Really nice! I would stay again if the opportunity arises.

    I found the location very nice as my grandkids wanted to crab, however upon arrival the musty smell was nauseating. We opened all of the windows (that we could get to open) to get rid of the odor. Also the floor was soft and feeling as if it could cave and we could fall though in front of the entrance of the sliding glass doors. In the listing it stated that there was an outdoor grill. We based our meals on that information, but there was no grill. Therefore we had to cook inside, at one point when we had to turn the exhaust fan on a slimy brown stream of thick goo dripped down from the fan and fell onto our food. The meal was ruined. I would not recommend this listing. Paying $743. for a 2 night stay at this place is pure theft.

    We had a great stay at this location. The unit was clean and spacious - perfect for a family of four, and pet-friendly! The location is perfect, with easy access to attractions in the area but out of the way enough to be quiet and peaceful. We would definitely stay again!

    Place is worn out, outside spigot doesn’t work, musty smelling and wet from rain, outside 3 season porch uninhabitable, can’t use boat lift, trailer is old and needs to be torn down, dryer vent empties onto interior porch making it unusable also

    What a relaxing vacation, we caught crabs and fished. We loved going to the community pool. Everyone in the neighborhood is so nice.

    The listing is pretty accurate and we had a great time. There's lots to do in the area. The lack of cable isn't a big deal. We spent most of our time on the patio and the kids used Netflix. The beds aren't great and the air filter is the worst I've ever seen. This may be the reason we couldn't get the house below 76 during the day. All in all, it's a great alternative to a hotel if you have kids. We even caught a couple crabs and some small fish off the dock.

    Peaceful location on the bay, completely remodeled on the inside. We loved it for our family of 5. Enjoyed every morning’s quiet sunrise while watching the seagulls, fish and ducks. Very relaxing!
