Stayed Aug 2, 2025still haven’t heard back about my complaint to Novasol. The pricing was completely incorrect and we were left with additional fees to use the site facilities advertisedVrbo say upfront pricing but this is completely untrue. Simply to utilise the facilities on the site we were charged an extra 150 Euros. Communication on this was slow and painful. Nothing was straightforward and we risked not even having access to the pool!Novasol communication was shocking. Sometimes in Danish. Total scam.
