Please be aware - this property is NOT on the Parker Strip but only a few miles away if you choose to trailer your boat up to one of the public launch ramps. Our gated community provides you with access to our launch ramp and river front beaches BELOW Headgate Dam. Please make sure you are familiar with the water levels on this part of the river.
