The hosts were very accommodating. The property was exceptional - clean, comfortable, and cozy during the atmospheric river that brought torrential rain and winds to the area during our stay.

Excellent stay. Very clean and private with all amenities and supplies you need. Warm and cozy in November and it looked like an ideal summer place as well. Actually better than the pictures with extra space and everything spotless and organized. Linda/Gary were so nice and helpful as well. We’ll be coming back

We really enjoyed our stay at Lodge West. We were there with a party of 11 people and there was plenty of space to accommodate all of us. The property is very well maintained and has everything you would need to enjoy a nice family vacation including pool, hot tub, bocce and cornhole to name a few. We would definitely stay at the property again. Thanks!

10 of us stayed four nights at The Lodge in order to attend graduation at Cal Poly. It was beyond perfect for us. From the fully stocked kitchen to the comfy beds to the AMAZING outdoor spaces--there was nothing this house didn't offer. We spent time swimming, in the hot tubs (there are 2!), and playing bocce ball, corn hole and pool. It was so fun and relaxing for my extended family. And the setting was gorgeous. It was quiet and private. Linda and Gary were wonderfully gracious hosts; so thoughtful and attentive. Linda met us at the house to personally give us a tour and answer any questions. She was available via text all weekend, answering any question and offering help and advice. If you are looking for a large home that will satisfy and entertain a group of various ages and interests, this is it.

This home is amazing. We came for my parent’s 80th birthdays. Linda went above and beyond, even getting birthday balloons and flowers. She put a shower chair in the bathroom for my mom. We came with my brothers and their families and the house was perfect for all of us. We enjoyed all of the little touches that made us feel right at home- everything is labeled so you know where to find it. There are maps, magazines, binder with a lot of local information. Plenty to entertain our kiddos including all the games, cornhole, bocce, pool table, darts, swimming pool and two hot tubs. We don’t have toddlers but there was a high chair and kid’s toys that would be perfect for that. There was a lovely welcome basket (for some reason the kids wanted all the pens lol). We had a relaxing weekend with a lot of family togetherness. Thank you for a weekend we will never forget. We hope to return someday!

We rented this home for a wedding in the area, and it was absolutely perfect for our group of five couples. The house was very clean, well-organized, and spacious. The large kitchen made it easy to cook and gather, and the pool was a great bonus for relaxing together. The location was ideal—close to everything and easy to get around. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay!

We loved this house! We went with a group of 4 families: 8 adults, 5 kids. The house was perfect for our group, and the setting is spectacular. The house had everything we needed and more. The pool area, hot tubs, and outside area are amazing. Linda was extremely responsive and helpful throughout our booking and trip. We'll be going back for sure!

We had a wonderful time at the lodge! We are a very large family- 13 of us stayed for the weekend and had a blast! My husband and I, our adult children along with three grandchildren, all enjoyed this beautiful and cozy home. It is such a peaceful and quiet location and there is so much to do. We enjoyed bocce ball, pool, the Jacuzzis, fire pit, swing and the many games left for the guests by the wonderful hosts, Linda and Gary. We stay in many VRBO‘s and this one was truly one of the very best! Everything you could possibly need is in this home, including the very well supplied and labeled kitchen. The rooms were all so well appointed and beds very cozy! We look forward to coming back here one day!

We had a great experience! I especially appreciated the clear communication from the start. The house was perfect for our needs (10 adults and a toddler) and hosts were super accommodating with toys to entertain the little one. Would definitely return.

Linda greeted us upon arrival and highlighted features of the property. In the welcome basket we were treated with wine and candy. So thoughtful! The house had everything we needed for a 5 month old baby to retired adults. Beautiful neighborhood and I felt so safe I left the keys where they were. How can you beat 2 jacuzzi's?

The house was the most comfortable rental we’ve stayed in. Everything you could possibly need to enjoy your stay was included. Everything labeled which made it easier to find. Ample towels, pillows, blankets. House set on a beautiful property. Kids loved all there was to do- pool, darts, swing hot tubs. Owner very responsive. Central to all the places we wanted to visit.

Our group of 4 families throughly enjoyed our stay at Lodge West! Gary & Linda have thought of everything and provided us with a charming, well organized, cozy home away from home. Linda was super easy to communicate with and quick with responses. We wanted for nothing as so many amenities were available to us. We enjoyed the home (and the pool and hot tubs) so much, we opted to stay in instead of going out for the Fourth of July! We were already having so much fun where we were! The property sits in a great location a short drive up to Paso Robles and a short drive down to Morro Bay or San Luis Obispo. It’s also conveniently minutes away from grocery stores and the zoo!

This was our second stay at Linda and Gary’s beautiful property. We had a wonderful time. The house is spacious, with plenty of room for our large group. The well appointed kitchen made cooking for everyone a breeze, they had everything we needed. We only left the house for groceries as there was so much to keep us entertained between swimming, lawn games and playing pool. I’m sure we’ll be back!

We had a multi-family trip here for a long weekend and everyone really enjoyed the property, especially the kids.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful vacation rental, and it was a delightful experience! We were an extended family of 10 and there was room for everyone. The detached casita was a great advantage. The hosts were thorough and inviting. Linda made sure to explain everything upon check-in and stayed in touch throughout our stay. The house is immaculately clean. The kitchen is fully equipped. We also appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the home. There were plenty of games and activities to keep everyone entertained, from the youngest kids to the adults. The property itself is an oasis of tranquility and relaxation. From the deck, we were able to watch the deer families, turkey vultures, woodpeckers, and various other wildlife. The pool was the highlight of our stay – crystal clear, well-maintained, and surrounded by plenty of seating. Overall, this vacation rental exceeded our expectations in every way. It's the perfect place for a relaxing getaway with family or friends. Highly recommended!
