Beautiful home, quiet neighborhood. Fit our big family perfect! Appreciated the hot tub and pool table for down time before and after our sightseeing shenanigans. Host was very open to communication and easy to work with! Thank you Jim for sharing your space!

The home itself was nice, but our experience with the host made this a very frustrating stay.Check-in was at 4:00 PM, yet the access codes and instructions provided in a lengthy 7-page PDF did not work. Part of our group attempted entry for over 30 minutes. When I arrived at 4:30 PM, I contacted the owner (Jim) via VRBO message, text, and phone with no response. We ultimately had to involve VRBO customer support to get him to respond. Even then, we weren’t able to access the property until close to 5:00 PM. This was especially frustrating given how strict the host was about check-in and check-out times and potential fees, a courtesy not extended to us.Two amenities that influenced our booking — the pool table and darts — were not fully accessible. The darts were intentionally hidden, and we were told we had to contact the owner to use them, which is odd and unnecessary for a listed amenity.The biggest issue came after checkout, when the host charged us 500 for alleged damage to the hot tub cover. We have photos showing the cover was already worn and deteriorating prior to use, consistent with normal wear and tear. Despite this evidence, our credit card was charged without consent.While the house was attractive, all interactions with the host were unpleasant. We caution future renters to book carefully.

We were having a family vacation. The accomodations were perfect for our size family. The children loved their bunk room and loft. The adults each had their own bedroom and bath, which was very important for us. Communications with the host was very easy and much appreciated. Our vacation was a success at Timberloft Lodge.

Very spacious for 8 senior adults, with each couple having their own bathroom. Kitchen was well stocked. Parking 2 cars in the garage was a plus. Enjoyed the pool table and hot tub. Nice private location next to a par 3 golf course.

We had a wonderful time at Timberloft Lodge. The home was very clean, nicely decorated and the setting was private and beautiful. The bedrooms were spaceous and very quiet. We appreciated the large dining room table as it was perfect for group meals and games in the evening. We especially enjoyed the pool table and back patio. The location worked really well as it was close to I-40 but it still felt remote, especially when we saw a momma deer and her two fawns a few times.Last of all, our VRBO host was very responsive and helpful. Thank you for a fabulous stay.

Our extended family of 10 enjoyed the comfortable house with many amenities, including hot tub and next door nine hole golf. Well appointed and easy drive to restaurants, meteor crater, Grand Canyon. We recommend this home.

Incredible floor plan for a large group. Comfortable seating, beds and a large dining table that seats 10-12. The upstairs game room was a hit! Fabulous views from the deck and hot tub! We loved it!! Thank you!

Our family of 6 adults and 3 teen age girls had a great stay. The loft with bunk beds and games were perfect for teens to have their private space. Well stocked kitchen. We cooked three dinners and never lacked any kitchen supplies..The bedrooms were all comfortable. Outside deck was great.

Plenty of room to relax. House was clean and had all cookware needed. Loved the fireplaces. Pool table was fun. Hot tub was wonderful at the end of a long day. We would definitely rent again.

We rented this space for our annual family reunion. This year also happened to be my niece and stepmos birthday. Great for multiple families.

It was a really nice place tucked in surrounded by pine trees. Everything was clean and comfortable. The only probably i had was the hot tub was dirty, other than that everything was great

We had a wonderful stay at Timberloft Luxury Lodge. Our arrival was delayed due to winter weather road closures. The owner-manager was quickly responsive to communications and very accommodating. The house is comfortable, well appointed, and perfectly situated for staying in, walking around Flagstaff or hitting the slopes at Snowbowl. When we return for another family visit to Flagstaff, this will be our first choice! Thank you!

Extended family of 9 stayed and we had plenty of room and bathrooms. Great kitchen facility too! We enjoyed the hot tub and even had a little pool tournament. A battery in the fire alarm went out and the host was right on top of it, fixing it in short order. He even left us some Crumbl cookies! I would definitely stay at this home again!

My family and I enjoyed our stay in this spacious, beautiful home. Well stocked with everything you could need for a comfortable stay. We enjoyed the well-kept jacuzzi and all amenities provided.

We spent a week with family and friends in the house for a ski trip. Everyone was comfortable & happy. Communication with the owner was excellent. We'll look forward to returning in the future!

We were a party of 10 on family vacation and found Timberloft an awesome place: roomy, comfortable, clean, well equipped and in great location. The jacuzzi was a special hit with our youngsters. The management was excellent and very professional. Nothing but high praise for Timberloft; we hope to be back.

Everything about our stay was wonderful. The house is very spacious. The three bedrooms with bathrooms were much bigger than expected. Plenty of towels, soaps, toilet paper, kitchen utensils, etc. There is nothing we wished we had brought with us because everything was provided. The two fireplaces were great and the dining room table is very big and fit all of us comfortably. We didn't use the hot tub but we peeked inside and it looked crystal clear. We had fun using the pool table. We texted Jim with a question and he answered within minutes. We wouldn't hesitate to stay there again and we honestly have nothing negative to say!

Our family of 8 had a great time at this property. I would for sure book it again!

I still got another day while I write this but nothing will drop it below 5 stars. If you want a clean, beautiful home to spend some time with family don't hesitate, this is it!! You will love it too

The property is lovely and well laid out for a group of friends. Lots of bathrooms and bedrooms. The kitchen was far better than any other house we have rented enjoyed our stay,. The owner was “same day response” when there was a small problem with the master shower. We thoroughly

1 couple and 4 individuals comfortably shared this property. Great with 1 king master, 3 queens w/bathrooms in 2/3 queen rooms. And a hall bathroom off the 3rd queen room. The house was very large and accommodating for our two families and friends. Tucked into beautiful woods and felt secluded while being near all the places we wanted to visit during NAU Parent’s Weekend!

A really GREAT get away house. We enjoyed this house with 2 couple/friends. Nice gathering places, but quiet rooms, also. The kitchen was stocked and well appointed. Close to restaurants and shopping. Hot tub was the icing on the cake!! We would definetly rent this again!
