We are located in the Nantahala Gorge and surrounded by beautiful mountains and streams. The river is located directly across the street. You can come rock on the porch or enjoy an evening by a fire pit, leave the stress behind. We have a new WiFi system so you can stay in touch with family or send a quick email. Stayed Sep 20, 2022Wow! I found a gem. The Lodge is right in the middle of everything I wanted to do in the Nantahala Gorge. Comfortable room, awesome amenities and even more friendly host! Loved sitting around the fire with Shane. I’ll be back!

Stayed May 18, 2023I stayed here a few weeks ago for the first time and fell in love. Totally secluded from the bustle and Shane and Hughlena and staff are extremely accommodating and friendly. They started the fire pit without me or any guest asking. Last weekend I stayed with a group of buddies during our annual Trout Fest trip. The rooms are spotless and fully equipped. I slept like a rock. We all loved our stay and will be back this summer! Thanks for the amazing time. God bless.

Stayed Jul 29, 2022Decided to schedule a last minute trip to celebrate my mom's birthday and came across this cute Motel. The owner's have taken great care to make sure we had everything needed for our stay. It had everything needed inside and plenty of outdoor seating on the front porch or by the fire. Truly a gem and very convenient to everything! Would highly recommend it.
