Absolutely perfect stay at the Clubhouse & Villa! We had an incredible experience staying at the clubhouse and villa at Crystal Lake Ranch Resort. The spaces are beautifully designed, spotless, and incredibly comfortable, with plenty of room for gathering while still offering privacy when you want it. The clubhouse was ideal for hosting and spending time together—open, inviting, and well thought out for groups. The villa felt luxurious yet cozy, with comfortable beds, great amenities, and everything we needed for a seamless stay. The grounds are peaceful and scenic, making it the perfect place to relax, celebrate, or simply unplug. Communication with the team was smooth and professional, and everything was ready exactly as promised. This property is perfect for family gatherings, retreats, or special occasions. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely stay here again. Staff is all so friendly and helpful!! Highly recommend! ?✨

What a great property and clubhouse.. The inly downside is there really isn’t much to do on sight. But the facility is outstanding.

We had a fabulous stay at The Clubhouse. There was plenty of room for everyone. The Clubhouse was well stocked with dishes, pots, pans, and toiletries. The pool table, shuffleboard, hot tub, and kayaks were a big hit. I would highly recommend the Clubhouse!

Although I've travelled quite a bit through the States, this is the first trip I have taken to Broken Bow, The Clubhouse at Crystal Lake Ranch was everything we had hoped for. The home is beautiful and very spacious, accomodated our large group with ample room for all. Our multi-family group including adults and children enjoyed each and every day there. We had two things come up during our stay and Grace, the hostess, was quick to respond and rectify our issues: (1) The Icemaker. We were provided a replacement and bags of ice while we waited for it; and (2) Water pressure/hot water: Grace sent the gentleman over to address the problem and although it never quite got hot, it did start to warm up. Grace provided her contact information and was quick to reply each time we called on her. We will definitely stay at Crystal Lake Ranch again, when we next visit Broken Bow. And, we will again take advantage of renting the UTV, which was a big hit for all.

It is hard for me to put into words, the absolute amazing experience we have had at Crystal Lake Ranch. We held a wedding with 160 guest, and we rented each cabin she has on the Ranch for families and friends. Ana was amazing, she went over every last detail with us, making sure everything went perfect. Two days before the wedding the forecast called for 65% chance of rain, Ana got tents for us and had them set up immediately, then the day of the wedding changed to 0% chance of rain and she got them taken down so we could have the full outdoor experience my daughter wanted. I can't rave enough about our entire experience with Ana and Crystal Lake Ranch. We will definitely be going back! I will recommend to everyone this beautiful, luxurious, breath-taking venue!

We love the development, the cabins are so pretty. We walked everyday in a 1 mile loop inside the Ranch. The Open Space in the kitchen with the high ceiling are amazing!! Totally recommend…

Beautiful home with all amenities. We did have two issues. First and foremost, the area has not been developed yet so lots of construction and mud everywhere. Second was the hot tub. It was advertised as having a hot tub, but when we checked in, they informed us that they dont have the hot tub as it has not been hooked up. They did offer the UTV at no charge, which was great, but really wanted a hot tub as that was one of the main reasons we got this home. Inside of the house was roomy, beautiful and lots to do. You should bring your own kitchen items as they had no aluminum foil; or shrink wrap for food and very little condiments. Overall, we would stay here when they have the spa working and the area is more developed.

I truly can’t say enough about this place. It was an absolute dream. I reached out to Amy in emergency when we have a wedding venue issue and she at 9pm a day before made our dreams come true. I can’t Say enough about Amy the clubhouse and Mrs. Grace who was such a sweetheart. Thanks you for giving us a wedding and a place to come back back for years to come ?
