We had an awesome stay over the February break - we skiied, snowmobiled, relaxed in the hot tub, and played games with friends and family. The house was beautiful and had plenty of space. They had what you’d expect and then some!! Thank you Victoria! Hope to be back in the summer for pool and volleyball!

We never met the host, but everything was perfect and plenty of information supplied for things in the area to do and distance was spot one. All the family had a great time and something to do for everyone unfortunately, the time of the year we were there, we had no access to the pool. It was amazing.

The house was amazing!Built with materials from a torn down barn. With lots of added items fixtures throughout the house also made from the barn. The owner went above and beyond to make sure our stay was phenomenal. On a 5 star rating I give her a10!Looking forward to renting next year.

Amazing house. Very clean and excellent condition of all facilities. Kitchen, bathroom, pool, hot tub, fire pit - all excellent. We truly enjoyed the space, cooking meals, handing out at the pool, sitting around the fire pit, kayaking in the river, etc. All the bedding was super clean. The host was excellent with communication - we had a minor issue with hot water / water pressure and she immediately came to the house to reset the hot water tank. Thank you to the hosts for all the work you do to keep this property in such great condition!

The house is beautiful as well as the property. So nice having access to the River. The pool was perfect. Our family from ages 7 to 66 had a wonderful vacation. Tori was extremely helpful and responded quickly to any questions.

Great house for a large group! Well stocked and nice selection of indoor /outdoor games and toys for all! Beds were comfy and extra pillows /blankets white noise machines were nice to have available! Just a few minutes to Bolton landing and lake George village….hosts were VERY responsive and provided lotsa good information about area in advance!

The house is perfect for family reunions, spacious with a great kitchen, outdoor table, pool, and game room. We loved the house, and the location is perfect. We spent most of our time enjoying the river view with the mountains in the background. The kids loved the game room, the pool, kayaking, and canoeing. This may become our new holiday rental! Oh, and the hosts were amazing! We had some issues with the wifi and they took care of it immediately.

We had an absolutely wonderful long-awaited family vacation at Tori and Justin’s beautiful lake house!The home was perfect with plenty of space for us - a family of 20 comprised of children ages 4 months to 16 years old, parents and grandparents.We spent many enjoyable hours in and around the pool and hot tub, fishing in the lake, and kayaking. The rooms are large and comfortable, and the kitchen beautifully equipped.Tori was extremely communicative and helpful at every turn, including offering additional baby supplies when she learned we had an infant in our group. When we had a temporary challenge with A/C on the lower floor, Justin came right over to check it out and help us rectify it.The location is excellent—only 10 minutes from downtown Lake George but also a welcome respite from the busy, high-traffic tourist area. We even hit Six Flags and white water rafting, both less than 20 minutes away!Thank you Tori and Justin for making ours a fantastic vacation to remember and cherish for many years to come!

Our family loved their stay. Tori and Justin were incredible - always responded very quickly and were so pleasant. Family voted this year for the mountains instead of shore as a change of pace and we were not disappointed!. So much to do and such a beautiful area. The amenities left for guests were a wonderful and very welcoming touch.

The owner goes above and beyond. It’s like staying in a luxury hotel but with your own beautiful lake, pool, hot tub and indoor/outdoor activity areas. Best VRBO—10/10!

We had a wonderful time here at River Bank Lodge. The house never felt small for our family! The grandchildren big & small loved the pool even swimming in the rain! We never let that stop us from have a wonderful time. The hot top was grand for us adults it gave us a time to relax from the outside world. This house was close enough to Lake George to visit and head for the ice cream parlors! Thank you again Victoria for you are the best host!

We had such a fun stay at this wonderful property. The pool and hot tub were a major plus, and the house was stocked with lots of children’s toys/items which was helpful for our big group that included kids of different ages. The beds were super comfortable and the rooms were nice and spacious! Would definitely recommend!!

We rented this house for the weekend for my mom’s 80th birthday. We had 13 people have plenty of space for everybody to spread out and enjoy. Kitchen and living areas were delight. Bedrooms, nice neat and tidy. Great Game room. I’m certain it would be absolutely wonderful during the summer with the pool. The view of the river was breathtaking every morning and the sound of rushing water made. It feel very tranquil. Beautiful home with a great host.

We had an amazing time. The game room was a great addition for the kids. The kitchen and living areas were spacious. And location to Gore Mountain and Lake George is so close. The host made sure we had everything we needed. She checked in during our stay and after. She was great. And the welcome snack basket was a huge and welcoming surprise.

My group and I rented Tori’s place to celebrate a birthday and New Year’s Eve and had the best time! The house was the perfect size for our group and some of us were able to go out and hike or hit a brewery while others stayed at the house to hang in the hot tub, enjoy the game room or watch a movie and play cards. The house was exactly what we wanted, and Tori was very communicative the entire time! We would definitely stay here again.

Perfection from the start to finish! Nine family members traveling from Syracuse and Long Island (ages 6-73) and our three yellow labs :) spent our Christmas week in this beautiful home in the incredibly quaint and beautiful Warrensburg. The home far exceeded expectation for exactly what our family needed. From the moment we entered the home and saw the beautifully lit and decorated Christmas tree, we had the feeling of Christmas spirit. The kitchen was extremely well equipped and had everything we needed to cook multiple family meals with a convenient food/wine store within a 5 min drive. The play room with air hockey, basketball and foosball, as well as bunkers, a pullout trundle and a reclining sofa provided hours of laughter and togetherness for the cousins with a wide variety of interests given large age gap! The outdoor space with hot tub, river views and fire pit added an additional layer of beauty and fun! The outdoor spaces were perfectly gated in for safety of both the pups and kiddos. The location was also perfect for skiing at Gore Mountain which we were able to do multiple times during the week with the snowfall and lovely conditions (20 min easy drive). Tori (the amazing owner) also provided various amazing sledding locations and offered to drop off many sleds for our convenience. Additionally, she ensured the driveway was thoroughly plowed and garbage removed without any request from our end. On the morning of departure, we are already planning our return!

Our family had a wonderful Thanksgiving at this property. The place was stocked with everything we needed. Correspondence with owner was excellent and very timely. I would highly recommend this property to family and friends knowing that they would not be disappointed.

This was a girls weekend - we were looking for a great space, with lots of room to relax and catch up. This house did not disappoint! The pictures were just as shown, the space was clean and spacious with plenty of room to relax and entertain. Most amazing stay with our family of 18 ranging in ages 2-50! The house was beautiful, clean, exactly as described. We stayed mid October for 2 nights and was warm enough to go kayaking on the lake and sit outside around the fire pit. Close to many local attractions was a plus! We will def come back!!

My son recently got married in Lake George, NY. He was married Oct 18th and probably the best time of year to get married in Lake George! PROS: Tori the property manager was amazing and very quick to respond on everything. (Even shipping my glasses to me when I left them!), The home itself is GORGEOUS! Great space if you are traveling with a large group of people. You can still have your own privacy in the home. BED - Was very comfortable! Very Quiet neighborhood! They thought of all the small details: Make up wipes, small travel deodorants, blow dryers, condiments, Coffee bar and snacks when arrived. CON - I HAD TO LEAVE!!!! But I will for sure find my way back! Rent this property you will not be disappointed... until check out day! Thank you for such great hospitality!

Great stay

This was our 2nd year renting this beautiful home. It was all we expected. All had a great time!

It was awesome. Everything we needed was met. We had a beautiful view of the Schroon River. We took full advantage of using it with our fishing poles and paddle boards and the homes cayaks and canoe. The pool and hot tub were an extra. Not to mention the volleyball court. The house was spacious. Enough room to all of us all the amenities were there we Loved it

What an amazing property! The house, the pool, the river access, the host. We could not ask for anything more. The host was very attentive to us and responded to questions very quickly, she even started to text me because it was a quicker response. Sent us info about a jamboree that was going on right down the street. I asked about a waffle maker and they didn’t have one so she order is one and we had it by Saturday. Lots of room for everyone and something to do for everyone. Already planning our next trip!
