perfect for family, plenty of space enjoyed over the holidays
Bonnie has thought of everything. So secluded. If you can’t get a goods night rest here something is wrong. My family totally loved this property. Inside and out. Just wonderful. Mike W
The property was exactly as described. Had a great time. The property was spacious, the games were a lot of fun, and the cabin was perfect.
Paddled the Pine river for 3 days stayed at the cabin. 12 women with no problems sharing this wonderfully fully stocked cabin. Will stay again, for sure.
Super simple, Cabin is fully stocked no issues at all
Close to great fishing, clean, and quiet
Thank you Glenn and Bonnie.
We stayed at the PM trailhead lodge for our annual guys getaway, kayak trip. The lodge was spacious and clean with a very cool living room. The deck is epic, nice and big with a nice view. What I liked most was how quiet was with no neighbors around. The lodge has a great escape feel, like you’re totally out in the wilderness yet in reality you’re only a few miles from town. The owners make it easy to relax and enjoy by having the place ready when you arrive with firewood, charcoal for the grill, chairs by the fire… they re very thoughtful. The tv and internet were a nice bonus as we had one day of bad weather. Highly recommend!
Deck was a popular hangout for the whole group, with a great view and comfortable chairs. We ran the fire pit every night and never had any issues, and grilled twice with no complaints. We used every bed and had no issues. Only reason we wouldn't come back is lack of local access to a public swimming lake. But that's certainly no fault of the property.
The house is very clean and is quite close to the famous Jone's ice cream store, which we all loved! The Google map is a bit off with the address, so it took us a while to find the true location. Fortunately Bonnie gave an accurate description about the entrance. We all enjoyed the fabulous Pere Marquette river and the national forest.
House was very nice and the property was beautiful. Good base camp for a fishing trip. Yard games were a very nice addition
The lodge was the perfect place for a bunch of new dads to hang out, relaxing by a fire or enjoying the beautiful deck. We really enjoyed our stay and feel refreshed.
