Premier lodging at Reelfoot lake , First class upgrade!

This is the second time I have rented this house, and everything ran like clockwork. The place was clean and functional. It has a nice kitchen, a great living room and a duck cleaning shack out back.

Yes, the place was very clean, updated and very comfortable. Jason is a great host, very responsive, nice and informative.

The house offered a place for a relaxing stay of sightseeing and fishing.

Very quiet and peaceful, with nice lake view. Convenient to area fishing and restaurants. Clean and well furnished withnice sportsman touch. Easy communication with host.

This was our second time to stay here and probably will not be our last. We don't hunt or fish, but love coming here for weekend getaways. Jason always responds immediately and you can ask him for anything and he will do his best to accommodate. He has pretty much everything you need to prepare meals, even has some spices.

Very clean and comfortable. Everyone had a bed! and they were comfortable. The showers were very good and they had everything you would need for a pleasant stay.

Lodge was great, clean and new shower is really nice. Definitely recommend it

This lodge is better than the photos!Jason was always available to respond to texts and explain things fully, even if I can't read. Yeah. Issues with the EASY lock. Exceptionally clean!! That new shower is PRIMO.Living area is comfy, lots of seating. Beds are a little soft for me, but that's just me. Will not keep me from staying again! (I've already made reservations for later!) Kitchen has everything you need for cooking/eating, some seasonings provided. Eating for four at a time inside the kitchen. The only closet was blocked and I did not check it out, but there are two chest of drawers for your belongings. We just lived out of our bags for the weekend. Loved the outside!!! Table on front porch with view of the lake. Large parking lot where we were able to park, park our friends, grill (I took my own grill), sit around. There is a firepit but we didn't use it. Being between two roads, one being a main road, we didn't hear that much noise. I was surprised at how little noise we heard. Now, you are in front of a speed bump. People slow and wave. If you can't deal with that, stay inside. lol Mosquitos were not so bad, but those biting flies are VAMPIRES. Spray. Even when you think you don't need to. Spray. We've stayed several places since the campground closed, and this is the most peaceful, quietest place we've stayed. Has lots of shade. Very roomy . Nice layout. Loved coffee on the front porch. Loved sitting there pretty much all day one day.

The property was pretty good. It is not lake front and houses blocking most of the view. Did not have good bank fishing area . We still had a good vacation and everything was fine.

The house was exactly what we were looking for and it was clean. We will definitely be back next year.

The property was everything it was advertised to be. Very cozy on a quiet street. I just wish the fishing was as good as the Magnum 12 Lodge. We would stay again in a heartbeat.

Great experience overall. Plenty of room and a good location as well. Owner was great to work with. Had a little AC issue but it was fixed right away and that was perfect. I recommend staying here.

Great house, in a beautiful part of Tennessee.

The house was nicely done and we felt right at home. We fished a lot and enjoyed watching wildlife. 5 star stay at the Magnum 12 Lodge! Thank you Jason! You were a great host.

I enjoyed every minute. They stay at the lodge was like staying at a home, very cozy. The only thing I can say, if it's even negative is that the bathroom and the back bedroom was very small. Other than that, the place is great. Would strongly recommend it to anyone

Nice place, clean, communication with owner was great.! Fishing was great, catching was tuff first day but made up for the it on the second day. We will be back

This cabin had oodles of towels and extra bed linens(which we didn’t need). And the cabin was very clean.
