This was our second family stay at this wonderful property. The location is ideal for those wishing to go up the mountain to ski, and for those wanting to remain at the property to relax. The owners are very welcoming and helpful and invited the children to view the farm animals being fed. We will book in here again next time we need large family accommodation in this area, hopefully next ski season.

This was the perfect house for our big group (5 families with young kids). The set up was spacious enough to relax (kids and adults found soon found their zones) yet still had that cozy warm communal feel.We had the chance to get up close to the cows alpacas and cooks for a feed which was an amazing experience. The hosts were very hospital…including little Roxy who we all miss already! Thanks for having us.

Incredible experience staying at Jason and Jo's. Jo was so helpful and quick in message responses. Allowed early check in and relaxed check out. Showed us around the property and let the kids feed the animals. Absolute best experience ever! Love it

We went away with 6 families. 10 adults. 9children (3x 13yo/6x16yo). The property layout was amazing and accommodated us all. The views were breathtaking. Plus, Roxy, who would greet us daily and stay for cuddles, she was the toy poodle who won the hearts of everyone. The house was separated into 3 spaces. Each with its own kitchen/shower/so many ensuites. The only downfall were the bunkbeds. These were too small for our children, coupled with a weight limit. And the room space was very small. We came together in the evening and laughed around the massive outdoor fire pit. We were around 40minutes from Mt Bulla. An easy drive. And, 20minutes from Mansfield, another easy drive. Highly recommended.

Positives  Abundance of (great burning) wood  Our fluffy mascot guarding the lodge  The spontaneous visit by the chooks  The daily check in really helpful (home made olive oil was a lovely touch)  Everything was really clean and well laid out  Bedrooms, bathrooms and bedding all good  Reverse cycle heating effective  2 fridges fabulous  Furniture really comfortable – indoor and outdoor  Fire pit great  View wasn’t too bad (?) Magnificent really Negatives  Need a cook top  A few little maintenance tweeks that could easily be done with the right tool? Downstairs bathroom.
