Whispering Pines Lodge is a peaceful mountain lodge that is ideal for a multi-family getaway. The Lodge is a two-story home with breathtaking views of Wheeler Peak and is located 5 minutes from the Angel Fire Ski Resort.

Stayed Jan 1, 2026The house was spacious and plenty of room for all of us. There were a few things that were a bit disappointing but not such a big deal that I would not go back. The master bathroom had not been cleaned and the trash was not emptied. We had to rewash most of the pots and pans due to them being greasy and dirty (I am sure due to previous occupants) and the remote to the upstairs TV could not be found. Our host was very responsive to the remote issue and really tried to help locate it. Unfortunately there was not much snow at Angel Fire to snowboard but we headed to Red River where it was lovely! Not a perfect trip but good enought that we would do it all over again!

Stayed Dec 27, 2025We had an issue with some stray dogs being left behind by someone else, no fault to the owners at all, and the hosts took care of it right away. We appreciated their quick response and had a great stay.

Stayed Mar 16, 2025This property worked well for our needs. Location is great for skiing & we had plenty of space for our 2 families (10 people total). That being said, I’m not sure I would stay here again. The house is old & I believe the price reflects that but I didn’t expect everything in the house to be so old as well (heater- loud, all appliances, & everything in the kitchen). If you know that going in then you can have the right expectations! Everything worked & we had no issues except some flickering lights which they warned us about.

Stayed Dec 29, 2024This place is a good size and quick access to the road to get to Angel Fire. The house has a lot of space for kids to go play and adults to relax. It has a great morning Sunrise view as well! This is our second stay here. I will probably book it again!

Stayed Dec 21, 2024Overall the house was nice. I would have loved to have a tv in the bunk room. There is not a pool table but they do have a ping pong table.

Stayed Jul 18, 2024Overall stay was very good. Number and quality of bathrooms was excellent. Beds very comfortable. Living room view exceptional. But was lacking additional paper towels or toilet paper.
