One June Weekend Left - Luxury home & guest house. River, pool, game room

Host was easy to communicate with. Perfect for a family. Lots of activities for kids. Unfortunately the Blanco River was dry but the kids had fun playing in the rocks. If you plan to do a lot of cooking you may want to bring your own utensils. They have many but they are quiet warn out. I highly recommend this property for a family or large group.

Such an exceptional home! So many things to do and so much room for my big family. Such a comfy feeling. Exceptional bedding. Private. Loved the firepit. Made beautiful memories with my family. Host was attentive.

Absolutely amazing in every way! Views were gorgeous. The pictures in the listing don’t do justice. Highly recommend for a family or friend gathering. Everything was very clean and the owner communication was top notch. Huge thank you for a wonderful stay!

Our stay at the Blanco Valley Lodge was incredible! We were celebrating my husband’s 70th birthday with our kids and grandkids. There was something for everyone! The updated and renovated house was perfect!

Amazing property with awesome amenities!

This house provided plenty of areas for our group to gather together for meals and socializing, but other areas are available if more privacy or quiet time is needed. The house is large but still feels comfortable and cozy. Plenty of indoor entertainment available, esp since we had some rain. Excellent kitchen accommodations made it easy for us to fix 3 meals a day. The outdoor spaces also did not disappoint. Great pool, 2 firepits, hot tub, and river access gave us many options for entertainment. The host provided helpful information ahead of time for us to plan our trip and was responsive when we had questions during our stay. Our group would consider returning to this property again!

Absolute gorgeous property!! This home accommodated family and friends for a college graduation celebration. The isolated location made for a peaceful retreat yet still only 8 minutes away from the main town. Highly recommend for large gatherings with each room providing multiple beds and perfect for multiple families. Laura is a gracious host and very responsive to any concerns or requests. Would love to stay here again!

We had the best time gathering as a family at this house in Blanco! Laura was very responsive and helpful. We loved our stay.

Our group of 11 adults absolutely loved the property. The rooms were large and well appointed. The extra large dining tables were perfect for family meals and game nights. We enjoyed both the hot tub and pool (heated for our stay at extra cost). The game room inside was a big hit with the family and used constantly. The kitchen was excellent with wonderful appliances and plenty of dishes to accommodate all of our needs. (Two dish washers were very much appreciated!) Overall it was a huge hit and we'd happily rent the property again.

PERFECT property for our team offsite. The home and casita are well stocked with just about anything you can think of needing. The dining area was spacious and ideal for our indoor activities. The property is very large with the Blanco river running past it. The pool, hot tub, fire pits, game room--all great hits with our team. Massive double freezer, large fridge and an ICE MAKER! The owners are VERY helpful and communication was excellent. The PERFECT place for a team offsite, family reunion, country wedding or simply a gathering of friends. I cannot emphasize enough the great experience we had at the Blanco Valley Lodge.

The house is fabulous. It had really high end furnishings. We had 30 family members and we were all comfortable. The large dining family was great for family meals and our family bingo night. Laura was a great hostess. We highly recommend this place.
