Stayed Jun 8, 2025We enjoyed our stay very much. Initially we had some challenges with enough bedding, especially regarding hide-a-beds. The caretaker was able to help us resolve the lack of bedding for the hide-a-beds, but they were not as supportive or comfortable as expected.The location was excellent as we were able to access river rafting, the Silverton train ride, Mesa Verde, and good fishing at Lemon Lake.The 5 bathrooms were clean and adequate. The carertaker next door was very responsive.

Stayed Jul 7, 2023Our family stay at Lemon Lake Lodge was just what we were looking for. After being regulars with spending summers in the Durango area (Dolores) this spot on the reservoir was just perfect. The views were incredible, the space for our family couldn't have been better and the fact we were only 25 minutes from Durango made everything convenient. Mr. Singleton was excellent in his support and communication during our stay making our trip wonderful! We will be back.

Stayed Aug 7, 2022This is a charming lodge with plenty of space for our group of 15. Upon arriving the children were drawn to the many hummingbirds at the deck feeders. Wild life included osprey, golden eagles, and deer. Kids had a great time fishing, playing in the lake., canoeing and hiking on nearby trails. Day excursions included the Durango Silverton Narrow Gauge Train and Mesa Verde. A great place to come and enjoy nature.

Stayed Oct 29, 2021The perfect rustic cabin with excellent amenities. This is a great place to relax with a large group, with plenty of room for everyone to spread out and enjoy themselves. Great deck, fireplace, outdoor gas grill, and fire pit. Convenient location close to plenty of back country hiking and fishing. Easily the most well stocked rental property I’ve ever stayed in. Everything we needed, and then some, was available. WiFi was better than expected as several were able to do Zoom calls when work got in the way. Thank you so much for sharing such a wonderful property!
