Fantastic provisions of happy hour & breakfast full spread. Close enough to skiing. I never found the pool & hot tub nor any directions on where they were located.

The room was basically a hotel room which served its purpose well. The front desk/management were incredibly friendly and helpful.

Great facility, staff and conveniently located close to all slopes (just a short drive to Snowmass and Buttermilk.) Definitely recommended if you are looking for an affordable option.

We stayed here for a weekend wedding. It was very convenient and close to downtown. It’s not fancy, but an affordable option in Aspen. The room was basic, but very comfortable. The breakfast was great.

The carpet and bathroom could use an update, but overall we were satisfied with our accommodations. The balcony was nice to have and the common areas were cozy and inviting. Continental breakfast was great. The staff at the property (housekeeping I believe) were all very sweet and polite. Only complaint is that the faucet (the one outside the bathroom) started leaking hot water. I called and spoke with someone after-hours and was told someone would come fix it in the morning so we could use the shower (the leak was depleting our hot water source). No one contacted us or stopped by in the morning before check-out to fix it, so we couldn't enjoy a hot shower before departure.

We were a little nervous booking a room because the place had only 2 reviews on the site we booked, and it was so much less expensive than other accommodations in the area. The website also used the same picture for all the rooms, but then charged slightly different rates for some of the rooms, which was confusing. I tried messaging the property manager a couple times before booking to understand the price difference (possibly a better view or quieter room?) but never received a response. Decided to roll the dice and was pleasantly surprised with the room size and cleanliness. To be clear, the place is definitely not high end, and the furniture, carpet, etc. aren’t new or modern, but we were hardly in the room during the day, so having a clean room and comfortable bed to sleep in was great. The bathroom was probably the most dated part of the room, but there was decent water pressure and plenty of hot water. The walls were also pretty thin, which I had read in a review, so I packed a white noise machine and it wasn’t a problem. They offered a pretty standard breakfast which my daughter than a lot of big chain hotel offerings. The location was great being on Main Street, with a bus stop almost directly across the street to catch a ride to Aspen Highlands, and the stop to Snowmass less than two blocks down the street. It was also around a short 10min walk to downtown Aspen village. Lastly, we stayed in room 207 and it was the cheapest room available. It overlooked the small parking lot (so no view of anything interesting) and being the middle floor, we occasionally heard the people above’s footsteps, but it wasn’t a problem and the white noise machine helped with this as well.
