Stayed Nov 23, 2024Wonderful property, with a great quite location on a convenient canal to shelling beaches and excellent restaurants. Great kitchen and lanai and, most importantly, very comfortable beds. Owner left precise instructions and on the several times that we communicated, was quite helpful with any questions that we had. Most highly recommended.

Stayed Feb 23, 2024My husband and I came for a week vacation in Marco with our 4 children and mother-in-law. We primarily chose this property for the hot tub, low-traffic secluded culdesac, proximity of the pool right outside the living area, and ability to dock a rented boat along the canal. The home was very clean and well-appointed. We had more than enough space for our family with the 5 bedrooms. The master bed & bath were especially spacious. The closets were stocked full of towels, and the kitchen had plenty of cookware/gadgets to make a meal at the home, plus a gas grill on the patio. Washer/dryer looked new and worked great. The boat dock was huge and had chairs & loungers to be able to soak up the sun. There was a pair of kayaks available, and a variety of life jackets in the garage, and the kids were excited for the unexpected adventure of paddling through the canal. Can't say enough nice things about the host. He was quick to approve our stay, then he emailed and called several days before our stay to give some more details about the property and tips for enjoying our stay in Marco. He was very accommodating and we were able to turn up pool heat for the kiddos, as the weather was just a tad windy and cool for our first couple days. Told us how to use the hot tub, which was perfect for unwinding after a busy day of activities. Any time we had a question, he was quick to respond. All in all, highly recommend this place. A+++

Stayed Nov 23, 2023We were a party of 8 adults and thoroughly enjoyed staying in this beautiful big house. The pool was perfect and heated along with the hot tub. It was fun kayaking off the dock. Jack was very responsive and we would love to stay here again!

Stayed Apr 7, 2023Great location perfectly between town and the beach. Great space and each bedroom has its own bath. Easy to sleep 6 adults and 4 kids. Great pool and grounds. Very easy communications with the owner - who’s great. Definitely will consider this again.

Stayed Mar 11, 2023This is a spacious, lovely home in a quiet neighborhood near Tigertail Beach. We loved the setting and numerous amenities. Our only issues were being unable to get into the property on time on Saturday due to a water problem, and then during the week having the pool heater break, making it unusable. This was a huge disappointment but the owner did make attempts to get it fixed. Nest time I'll know to reach out to VRBO about any issues midweek. But overall we had a nice vacation at a beautiful home.

Stayed Feb 4, 2023We had 4 couples and everyone got to have their own bathroom which was very nice. You could really spread out in the living area’s open plan. Very nice master suite and pool area. The top deck was in need of repair from the recent hurricane so we couldn’t use that. We had four cars, two fit in the garage and two in the driveway so that was not a problem. The owners were very friendly.
