This stunning property was everything we hoped for and more. Ted was a fantastic host and really helped us with any thing!
This house has the most amazing views of the lake! We all enjoyed sitting on the expansive porch surrounded by flowers and hummingbirds. Very peaceful. My grandkids enjoyed tubing every day behind the boat, jumping off rocks, and we found a rope swing further down the lake for them to swing out into the water. They had a blast! We took 2 excursions off property to Sliding Rock and Rose Creek Mines. The boat ride from the house to the marina dock is just a short 2 minute ride where you park your car. Very easy! Ted was a great host and very helpful! Would love to come back next year as this place was awesome!!
Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Bear Lake. Ted is a wonderful, responsive host who has thought of everything in his well-cared for luxury lakefront home. Our family enjoyed the paddle boards, kayaks, tubing on the boat, swimming from the dock and beach, and lazy afternoons on the enormous, flower-filled deck. We didn’t use our car the entire time — we spent all day on the lake and cooked all our meals in the well-appointed kitchen. The solar powered system and cistern water were easy to use and had us happy and comfortable each day. Our family had a blast — such a great property and experience.
Amazing stay! Lovely location. Ted was so helpful from beginning to end! Highly recommend the peace and tranquility of Bear Lake with Ted!
This place is SO beautiful. It has truly breathtaking lake views from every part of the deck. We loved paddleboarding, kayaking, boating, and hiking to the waterfall. Ted was wonderful to work with, and his home was exactly what we were looking for.
We had an amazing time at this wonderful lakeside property. We enjoyed our evenings on the incredible deck with a roaring fire, visits by many hummingbirds, and of course our time on the lake. Our pups had a great time too, swimming and fetching ball from the beach area was their favorite activity!
This location was perfect for a vacation that was a healthy blend of adventure and peaceful relaxation. The lake was fun to traverse on the pontoon and there are several waterfalls and hiking trails that can be accessed for the adventurous ones in the family. Every comfort is provided and the owners have created luxurious accommodations that have everything that you would need to make your vacation complete. We would most definitely stay here again.
This property is exactly as described. Being off grid had absolutely no drawbacks even though we had rain for 3 days.. there was never a lack of power. The design of the home is very appealing to anyone. Modern yet cozy. Plan on total relaxation and fresh air. Bird watching, boating and just sitting out on one of the perfect outdoor spaces (there are several) and/ or building a beautiful fire to pass the time. The pontoon boat and the ranger ATV were favorites of my husband.. Bed very comfortable and master shower great. Kitchen has everything you need.. hope to come back.
We had the most peaceful and quiet Vacation at this Beautiful Spot! The Birds,The Lake, The playlist of music that the host had available for listening was the highlight of our trip! Everything you needed in the Kitchen was there. We will definitely be back.
A perfect house on a perfect lake with a perfect host! Our group of five had a phenomenal week at Little Bear Lodge. The lake provided so much fun in the form kayaking, boating, and tubing during the day, as well as quiet and serene evenings for rest and relaxation. We couldn't imagine a better vacation or more thoughtful host. We cannot wait to return. Thank you, Ted!
Bear Lake is an incredibly scenic location, and Ted has one of the best spots on the lake. Every room has a beautiful view. We found it to be the perfect place to truly escape from it all. We also brought our yellow lab along with us, and I'm fairly certain it was the best weekend of her life. We all enjoyed swimming, boating, sitting on the docks, and a wonderful hike to the gorgeous waterfall that's just a short hike away. Can't wait to visit again!
