Stayed Jan 22, 2026We have stayed at this property twice now and we love it so much. The hosts are so easy to reach and are very accommodating to requests. The house is beautiful, and it feels like you are stepping into your own home when you walk through the door. We will be back!

Stayed Nov 26, 2025Stayed at this wonderful place over Thanksgiving with family. This place was so comforting we settled right in and had a great time! Couldn't beat waking up to the beautiful views every morning. Having Thanksgiving there was easy as the kitchen is very well stocked with all the cookware you would need and even extra needs were met. Everyone slept well as the beds were comfortable. The hot tub was a great bonus along with the ping pong table. And my granddaughter had her first sled ride with a sled that was provided. The host was very responsive when questions asked. We look forward to coming back and soaking in everything this place has to offer!

It was by far the most well-stocked rental we’ve ever stayed in—every kitchen item, toiletry, and extra you might need was thoughtfully provided. Everything in the home was clearly labeled, so we never had to wonder where anything was, which made settling in effortless. The host was incredibly responsive and made communication a breeze. The location is peaceful and scenic, and we loved spotting wildlife on the drive to and from the property. This home truly goes above and beyond—we’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

Stayed Jun 27, 2025Can’t speak highly enough about our stay. The family enjoyed the property so much. Kids enjoyed exploring and the parents loved the view and hot tub! The easy access to town made it enjoyable to feel secluded but quiet access to Sandpoint. House was as described and very clean.

Stayed Jan 19, 2025Absolutely Wonderful light filled dream house . It’s huge and grand. Excellent spacious floor plan that allows for nice separation and privacy. House sits in a beautiful quiet setting. No neighbors. Incredible view through Giant windows. Thoroughly equipped kitchen.. they even had kids dinnerware . Super comfy beds/linens. 25 min drive to ski. Perfect spot for a 3 generation gathering. We plan to return.

Stayed Jul 25, 2024Two families stayed comfortably in this beautiful house. Inside the house was lovely, spacious and nicely decorated. We enjoyed the views from the living room and bedrooms. We were able to cook a bit and enjoy fires in the evening. The outdoors is landscaped super nice. We used the fire pit and hot tub. The house is a few miles from the grocery store which was convenient. It felt like we were remote but we were actually close to town. We would rent this house again!

Stayed Jun 30, 2024We had a fantastic stay at John and Angie's beautiful home in Sandpoint. The park and lake were a blast! Pickleball, paddleboarding, swimming, volleyball, disc golf, etc. Views from the home were amazing. Plus, the house is only a 40-minute drive to Silverwood amusement park.

Stayed Aug 31, 2023We booked this property with some friends and family for a short get away. The property was well maintained and it was just as beautiful, if not more, than the photos’s in the listing. Everyone had a great time and we had everything we needed. We definitely would book this property again. Highly recommend.
