The mansion was perfect for our 90 guest wedding. The set up and helpers worked alongside my wedding coordinator to make setting up easy! The lights at night time were beautiful and made it so fun to dance under the stars. The workers and grace were so helpful and insightful. My wedding guest loved the area. My wedding day was perfect and this gorgeous venue was a huge reason why. Definitely recommend couples that want to get married in Broken Bow do it at Crystal Lake Ranch you will not regret it!

We got married at The Mansion the experience was incredible. From the amazing cabin that housed 30 of our closet friends and family, to the stunning Pavillion ceremony backdrop, we were continuously amazed! Ana and Ms Grace were so responsive at meeting all of our needs and answering all our questions. Getting married here was a dream come true!

We liked this cabin, it’s big and pretty. My family enjoyed staying there but it has some minor issues and damages that did not affect us that much. The oven doesn’t work I tried many times but never worked and that thing nobody told us about before we rented the cabin as we needed it a lot. One of the table games wire was broken And we called to fix it but nobody showed up. But overall it’s very pretty cabin.

I would recommend crystal lake mansion to absolutely anyone. We had such a great time with everything the cabin has to offer. Also, Grace the host was incredibly nice. We will be coming back without question!

This is a beautiful property and the cabins are very pretty. Unfortunately, the owners prioritized form over function. In both cabins we rented (the Mansion and the Villa), the a/c was so poorly distributed that while one room would be freezing at 60 degrees, all other rooms were unbearably warm. When we visited it was only in the 80s; I can’t imagine staying here over the summer and having the suites be nearly as warm indoors as the temperature outside. Our guests were uncomfortable and unable to sleep thanks to this. The oven wouldn’t come up to temp in the Mansion, the furniture was dusty, there was a roach in one shower and dead bugs scattered all over the patios. For the nightly cost, it’s astounding that so many details are overlooked. Again, the property is lovely and it’s great that the patios are outfitted with grills, but for your money you can find a more comfortable stay.
