Stayed Dec 24, 2025We went to Kanab for a get together, 10 families. The experience was excellent, the facilities are really good. We enjoyed the pool, pickleball. The bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen were clean. There are lot of kitchen utensils, this is the one best places for a large group gathering. Few things we thought can be little bit better , one thing is the fire pit. It is too small for a large group to sit outside. It can have more heater or a large fire pit. Volleyball court can be maintained. Home theater speaker is really good but it would be better if it can have 5.1 speakers. These things didn't impact us much except the fire pit.so giving 5 ratings and will go again there.

Stayed Mar 22, 2024Property was very nice. Amenities like towels blankets didn't have any extra of those. Neither pool towels. Rooms were spacious all king bed in the houses were really uncomfortable they are old because they were so stiff was like laying on the floor.

Stayed Apr 4, 2024the property was wonderful! Great set up for a large group, we really liked having the large (bunk) house and the kitchen was great set up for our group. the only thing that could be improved for (our liking) would be a large turn around or possibly better parking, we had 6 trucks and trailers and we did squeeze in and make it work!

Stayed Sep 1, 2023We had a great time! The place was clean and met all our needs. All the bedrooms have their own bathroom which was nice. The media room was a fun hang out space. Ping pong was fun. The pool was great. The kitchen was well stocked and we were able to prepare all our meals. They have a large freezer and two big refrigerator’s plenty of room for food. Anything we needed they have support staff onsite that was super helpful and friendly. They checked in to see if we needed anything and that was nice. Plenty of room to hang out, play games and visit. Would recommend this place.

Stayed Nov 4, 2022We enjoyed the Lodge the facility is newly remodeled with nice bathrooms and good laundry facilities- the extra large kitchen was perfect for our group of 14 adults. Sleeping 40+ people is somewhat misleading unless 24 persons of the group are children that want to sleep in bunk beds in the same room. There are a total of 11 bedrooms.

Stayed Sep 23, 2022Great location. Zion is 55 minutes away, The Grand Canyon and Bryce Canyon are both 1.5 hrs away. 21 adults had plenty of room to relax after our day trips. Played volleyball in the pool, played basketball, prepared all of our meals on site. Everything was as advertised. Will visit again.

Stayed Sep 2, 2022Plenty of Parking! Large Spacious Kitchen/ Dining Room! A Bathroom in EVERY Bedroom!! Awesome Media Room! Fabulous Swimming Pool and Hot Tub! Beautiful Sunrises and Sunsets! Very Responsive Staff nearby! Close to Town and all the Adventures that Southern Utah has to offer!!
