It was a nice place just need to check the hot tub steps because my friend slipped and fell on the floor and now she has many bruises.
This is a lovely home with many amenities. Great space for the whole family and nice quiet location. Wish we had more time to spend there.
Beautiful property with a lot of space. So many great gathering areas.
We came for my best friends mothers 75 birthday and so i could hike to colchuck lake with my fathers ashes. The house was far enough away from town for us to feel relaxed and secluded from the hustle and bustle of noise but close enought to town and even Wenatchee to go exploring when we wanted.
Enjoyed the property and the hot tub, place was clean and the kitchen was adequately stocked
It’s all in the title of the review.?
The home was so clean and well stocked with everything we needed. We loved the location close to rivers, Lake Wenatchee and Leavenworth. We had a great meal at Wildflour in Kahler Glen, and rode horses at the nearby ranch. We’ll be back!
We had a good time. It was great to get away where it was quiet and peaceful. Lovely place, would do it again.
It was a great place to stay - it was nice being out in the open and it was very quite - we were glad we did not stay in Leavenworth - there was no traffic and peaceful!
Alpine Acres cabin lived up to it's billing & then some...we were really pleased with the secluded location, ample sleeping accommodations, & high-end amenities: the espresso machine, heated master bath floor, ping-pong, air hockey earn special kudos! Cabin is tastefully decorated & clearly well looked after- everything was in superb working order & the kitchen contained virtually any gear that we could have possibly needed/wanted. The small town of Plain has a cute little market & hardware store that came in handy & the staff were extremely friendly & helpful. Situated close to Lake Wenatchee & Stevens Pass Rec Area was ideal & we made a few trips into Leavenworth (30 mins), as well. All in all, we couldn't have been more pleased with our stay & hope to return in the future!
This property was wonderful for our family and dog. Very spacious, clean and we enjoyed the fire pit on the deck, the hot tub and the game room. We appreciated that our dog could join us for this trip as well. Do note that there are two large and curious dogs at the property next door who will come over every time a dog is outside at this property. It is well-fenced, but if you have a nervous or aggressive dog, you'll managing that dynamic. The home is located just 2 min from a small restaurant, hardware store/gift shop and small grocery store and about 20-25 min from Leavenworth and is set in a neighborhood with a large open yard surrounding it.
I chose this location due to the location between Fish Lake and Leavenworth. My parents came to visit last minute and both of my parents have relatives in the Leavenworth and Wenatchee area. Also my dad loves fishing at Fish Lake. The place was also great for our two dogs. We had plenty of space to walk them. We will consider them again for future visits.
This is a very comfortable and clean house, in a quiet and peaceful location. The house was very clean and comfortable, and the location -- close to both Leavenworth (about 30 min drive) and Lake Wenatchee (about 15 min drive) -- is very covenient. We had a great stay with friends, and will be back!
We stayed for 4 nights and had a great time bbq'ing, hot tubing, and enjoying the large yard. Easy drive into Leavenworth to shop and eat. We recommend this property for any families looking for a peaceful place to relax.
