Stayed Aug 16, 2025When arrived, the room was totally unprepared and messy. There were no room service for this rental as they are separate from the hotel. Basically, the service in the hotel does not apply to this room and you can only call someone. After an hour, they forced me to go down and change the room key for another room which was smaller. Our spirit diminished and our night ruined with no sense of caring. This is just a room with no service from the hotel/resort.

Stayed Dec 15, 2021A wonderful stay from start to finish. Greeted by welcoming staff on arrival and this was what we felt the entire trip. Ours kids were first time skiers and all of the amenities made it a magical experience. For a family from Florida, it was the perfect way to start the holiday season. The room was beautiful and the fireplace got good use. We will definitely be back.

Stayed Oct 9, 2024My husband and I had a great stay in Stowe. The room was exactly as advertised, was very clean and spacious. We LOVED the resort and the staff (especially the valet staff) were incredibly kind and helpful. We had amazing meals in Stowe and nearby Waterbury and loved the downtown area for shopping. We will definitely be back!
