Stayed Jun 7, 2025Dirty, disgusting, moldy, dirty, empty pool, garbage everywhere, broken furniture, sticky surfaces, mold in shower, no glasses or plates, kitchen empty, dirty, would not go barefoot in unit dirty carpet, threadbare sheets and blankets, dirty deck and chairs, mirrors smudged with something?Never ever send anyone to Shilo Inns Bend or anywhere!!!!!!!! YUCK! Oh and pipes leaking, did I mention dirty?We will not rent through you again, hotel picture total lies!

Stayed May 24, 2025The owners required every one show up at 4pm, would not allow early or pre check in. This was frustrating, considering we had to wait in a long line twice as our first room was not ready, still dirty from the prior rental. The old hotel is in need of a remodel. Our room had plumbing issues, stained and dirty carpet. We've stayed a several VRBO properties and have been quite pleased. This one was not worth the money and lacked staff to maintain the property. We felt VRBO had not did an audit of the property. This experience gives us pause for future rentals, buyer beware.

Stayed May 24, 2025Hair and smudges in shower and sink( not ours) , no soap, no Kleenex, one towel, not vacuumed, amazingly dated, dusty, dirty and damaged. The place screams “Don’t bother complaining, because we don’t even care.The lobby had a dusty old computer table with the chair upholstery shredded and dangling off. This hotel was a sight to behold! STAY ELSEWHERE!!!

Stayed Jul 10, 2024Very nice. Love the way it was painted and decorated. Love the privacy and being on top of the hill. Way too hot when I was staying there, but I’m sure it’s very nice in the spring and when it’s cooler. Unable to sit outside due to the heat. The air conditioning worked very well to keep me comfortable. The bed was very comfortable.

Stayed Mar 4, 2022The property is spread across many buildings with several of them bordering the Deschutes River. Ideal at-grade exit with our dog.
