Stayed Mar 23, 2025The rule about one beach towel a day was absurd. One family weren't aware and threw them in the towel bin after they came back from the beach. They wanted to sit at the pool and were told the could not have another towel. The woman sitting at the towel place was also extremely rude. Check out was a bit traumatizing. We had a pounding at the door at 10:05 a.m. saying we needed to leave. I was shaking and said we had an 11:00 check out. The man said very harshly show me proof! Literally scared me. Then at 11:02 a.m. he was back pounding on our door and when we opened it to leave he began snapping pictures. It was truly traumatizing for my whole family.

Stayed Feb 15, 2025Husband and I stayed for five nights. The location was fine - there is not a lot in the immediate area, but it's easy enough to get to South or North Beach. The beach is just across the promenade - which was perfect! The accomodation was fine - a little empty! It was clean and functional, but very basic facilities, ie. only one chair on the balcony, only two mugs, two glasses etc. The living area had a small sofa and basic dining table - all furniture was worn and mis-matched. The lift would take ages to appear, and using the stairs involved going through areas that really shouldn't been seen/used by guests. The pool area was small and again basic, towels for the beach and pool are available, but only between certain hours, and no more than one per person. Underground car park was useful - though obviously a charge associated with this. The staff were helpful. The area is full of condo's/hotels, with lots of choice to stay at a equivalent property that maybe would be a little less basic.
