Stayed Jun 9, 2024I knew it was a hotel from the pics. But the listing doesn’t tell you which hotel. Spoiler Alert - it’s a Double Tree. It was clean, new and the bed was nice. It’s an exit hotel close to a hospital which is probably why there are 4 other hotels at that exit. But it is a sea of asphalt and parking lots. You are not walking anywhere. Thankfully there was a steak house connected, when my adventure into town to find a local brewery and food ended with a couple of beers but restaurants closing on a Sunday evening. Thankful for a welcoming bar and burger with just an elevator ride to sleep. If you find yourself in Rocky Mount and need a hotel. This one was great.
