The following is not included in your payment at Vrbo and it is required at check in at the condo hotel front desk:
1- A credit card is required at check in for estimated incidental charges of $250 per day in addition to any room and tax charges that may apply (security deposit). As an alternative to a credit card, a $600 cash deposit plus room and tax may be provided at check-in.
2- Housekeeping service is $70 Daily (Junior Suite) and a check out fee of $130. You can choose daily, every other day or no cleaning. The $130 check out fee is mandatory regardless of housekeeping service.
