The hotel is not safe! This could have been the worst most stressful hotel experience I’ve had. My wife & I & our dog checked in Friday November 1. We got into the room, it had a scent of cigarettes in the hall & there was a half eaten bagel in the closet. My wife said let’s leave. I said we’re here, I was tired from driving & we’ll check out in the morning. I should have listened to her. 2AM there’s knocking the door. 2AM! I looked through the peep hole & there was a guy standing with a hoody on so I couldn’t see his face. I didn’t say anything I watched. He took his phone made a call, no answer & then he knocked again. I said “wrong room”. He said sorry & walked away. I figured someone order DoorDash or something like that. I went back to bed. 4 AM my dog who was not feeling well & had to go out. I have an 80 Lbs. shepherd. I opened the door turned towards the elevator & there was that hooded guy at the end of the hall. He saw me got nervous seeing my big dog turned & hurried down the steps. I cautiously took the dog out with my eyes moving about watching for the hooded guy. I figured I was ok since my dog is pretty intimidating. There was no sign of the guy & I went back up to the room. I didn’t sleep the rest of the night. I told the hotel the next morning & said we are leaving that their hotel is not safe. There response was why didn’t I call my response was why is this hotel is not safe. I would never stay there again and you should not either.

This hotel is nice enough, but it clearly needs a facelift. Also, the highway is loud all through the early evening. The kitchen is well stocked and this would be a decent place to stay over a week or so. Breakfast was great. Workout room was mediocre.

It was close yo everything and it accommodated our needs

The place was completely dirty. It felt like a mixture of a halfway house and a brothel. The couches and beds were so disgusting I wouldn't let me family sit on them. The floors had stains and missing patches of carpets. The ceiling was falling into the room. The bathroom had a part of the carpet that was alive. It was so disgusting, I refused to stay there and had to goto another place. The pictures of the property are fake, looks nothing like the pictures. This is fraud and I will be sewing if we dont get our money back.

Easy check in and nice breakfast with pancakes, sausage, egg, muffins, toast etc..

Good location for our purposes. Rooms were clean but carpets in room and hallways worn and dirty.
