Awesome East Delray Beach Condo With Waterfront View. 1 Mile To The Beach

Very responsive host and clean unit with pool and gym facilities, and close walk to everything you needed.

The place was clean, light and bright. We enjoyed our stay. It had everything we needed. Great location.

The condo was clean, updated and had an open, welcoming feel to it.

We enjoyed a lot our stay at the condo. Nice and very friendly host - quick response and always available. Quiet and wonderful area with a beautiful view over the lake from the balcony. Very comfortable. Fully furbished. Plenty of storage as well as towels and extra bedding if needed. The pool is a minute's walk away and is well equipped with loungers/seating. The location is also great, and close to a shopping center. Highly recommend.

We spent the month of April 2019 at this condo. The site of Delray Racquet Club is very nice and the owners easy to deal with. Unfortunately, the condo needs important updating. The unit needs a deep clean and some basic maintenance. (Very dirty carpet, very dirty patio furnitures, paper tissues under the bed, etc). Upon our arrival, we asked the owner to redo the cleaning of the condo. They act promptly, but this cleaning brought the condo just acceptable. We had to wash some patio chairs by ourselves to be able to enjoy the great view from the patio. Overall, we are very disappointed of this unit and we are not planning to return in the future.

We enjoyed our 1 month stay at this unit! The owners were very quick to respond to all questions and were a pleasure to deal with! I would definitely consider returning.

There is just about everything you need at this condo and it is centrally located. The negatives are that the condo needs updating and the cleanliness could be improved....and there were repairs that needed to be done. Other than that the owner was responsive to any needs and very cordial.

It is close to the shopping center and five minutes to the beach. We would highly recommend the accommodation to anyone wanting a relaxing stay.

Traveled from Europe exhausted with 2 small kids. Even though we arrived in the middle of the night, we were greeted with a friendly smile. During the monthly stay, any inquiries were responded to quickly. Condo location: a short stroll to the pool, short drive to the beach, restaurants and the interstate. Easy access to everything. Beautiful view of the green landscape/ pond/ fountain and iguanas from the balcony. Kids loved them. Our stay was very comfortable, the kids didn't want the vacation to end. Thanks!
