Stayed Mar 8, 2025Never got to stay at this property. I had originally booked two rooms, but cancelled one before our stay because the 4 of us decided to stay in one room. Both rooms were still showing as “booked” in the VRBO app, despite the fact that I called twice to and talked to a VRBO representative regarding the one cancellation and to confirm the other room was still booked. I was reassured both times that everything was set as I expected, but that it was a software glitch and so it wouldn’t update in the app. When I arrived to check-in, the front desk attendant said I did not have a reservation and that both rooms had been cancelled. Also, that there were no other rooms available that could accommodate 4 of us. Sedona was packed for the weekend due to it being Spring Break and beautiful weather. I ended up paying twice as much to get another hotel in the area for the night. So disappointed and frustrated.
