Stayed Sep 27, 2024Fabulous location couldn’t be better! Arrived early was told by front desk employee it would be $40 extra to check in and get in our room early which I agreed to. After the fact saw I was charged $50. Room basic but clean and had a nice view. On a negative note SLOW elevators. Like waiting 10-15 minutes at least. We took stairs all the time. Also as much as I hate to leave a negative review of an employee I have to say the lady working the concierge desk in the lobby was extremely rude. Even the couple we shared the ride to the port with complained about her. She was busy on her cellphone and very irritated with anyone bothering her to ask a question. Overall I would definitely stay there again for the location and price point.
