Right on the Waterfront Marina - Suite 117 - 7150 N Tamiami Tail, Sarasota FL

The room was clean and comfortable, perfect location to enjoy the view and the night life. Staff is excellent.

The staff seemed quite annoyed when we asked them to help us with our lighting issues so much, though that we didn’t bother to share any other concerns during our stay. The shower door was off track, and when you turned on the bathroom lights, all they did was flash, so it was like being in a disco The location to some of the amenities were nice though.. such as the pool, and the on-site parking was easy to access and I felt safe However, did not anticipate music at the tiki bar every night so that made it kind of loud But the little seating areas around the marina were nice

Ut was gorgeous to walk out to the water and have morning coffee

For the value it was a good place to stay-nothing fancy, clean, comfortable bed and easy access to major roads. It is near the airport so a lot of airport noise, landing and takeoffs = but no air traffic after 11 pm or before 7 am. If you are looking for a bargain in the Sarasota area, I would recommend.

I like that it was on the water

I Loved the property being o. The water. The condo was very nice and decorated nicely. I enjoyed my stay and will stay here again.

Front desk workers went above and beyond and were extremely friendly. Pool is heated at 85 degrees which was nice. Place was clean and a good deal!

The setting right on the marina with water and boats just a dozen steps from the door makes it feel like you're at a resort. Breakfast at Cragans is a 3 minute walk. The Tarpon Bay grille right on the property has music and good food. It's hopping on Friday and Saturday. All around 5 stars

It was a beautiful vacation! The host was very helpful when I had a question. The room was exactly what I expected. It was very clean and comfortable. It was directly on the bay. The views of the sunset were gorgeous. The property was nice. The pool was only a few steps from the room as well as the on site restaurant / bar. I would definitely book again.

Absolutely loved our stay at this condo! Perfect location . Close to everything and has an amazing view! Cant wait to come back.

The room was spotless and exactly as described. The pool and restaurant/tiki bar were a great feature providing an option to not have to leave the premises. Dave was super prompt in responding to questions. The only downside was the jet noise due to the proximity to the airport, however this did not prevent us from scheduling an even longer (10 day) stay next year.

Nicely remodeled room, great host, and the Tiki bar is wonderful.

Really enjoyed our time in the area. The facility was nice, loved sitting out by the marina. The pool, bar, and restaurant were all very nice and convenient. The only drawback was being on the airports flight path...noisy at times.

Opened door to a wad of hair on the floor. Mess under air conditioner. Bedspread with fist sized brown spot. Pillows were less than comfortable - worn out. Shower had not been cleaned. Room had an odor of urine or ammonia. One bedside lamp did not work. Locks were outdated on entry door. No additional blankets. No way to sweep floor-no broom, etc. Floor was filthy. Could not control air conditioner without being too hot or too cold. Right across street from Sarasota airport, planes overhead all night long. Would not recommend.

Great place and worth the money! We will rent again! Till next time Florida!

My room was clean, the property was clean and the view of the marina was great. I enjoyed the pool and the drinks at the tiki bar. The servers were very friendly. It was in a good location with a short drive to my daughter’s apartment. Thanks for sharing your place. Hope to come back!

Wonderful place to stay except for the ppl partying outside our room for 3 days until 3:30am in the morning.

Check in girl wasn’t friendly. I declined getting daily breakfast buffet because it sounded like mostly rolls breads waffles… I’m looking for omelet bar. That said she neglected to tell me that I could get coffee! Instead I was buying coffee at diner next door. The girls in morning were lovely and when I asked if I could buy coffee they told me it’s free. The restaurant food delicious! But the grouper dinner 47 crazy expensive!

Very enjoyable stay.

Good for a short stay. Only issue we had was not enough lighting. My wife had a hard time w make-up every morning because of not enough light. Floor was dirty, if you walked around room in bare feet they were black. For the price it was a very good stay. Did call 0n-site manager # listed on Vrbo but never a response re the lighting.

We stayed 2 nights for my husbands Dr check-up. This was an amazing place. The room was clean and comfortable. The restaurant/bar next to the hotel was very nice. Good food, good music and met several locals that were very friendly. The view of the boats and sunset was an added surprise. We will definitely stay here again.

This property is convenient to the beach and restaurants. Very clean and the check in was flawless. The Tiki Bar attached to the property had great food (however the service on one of the days was very slow). The two nights of our stay had a great band. The marina was very relaxing. Very close to the Sarasota airport, Owen’s Fish Camp and Cortex Fishing Village

Everything was updated and very clean. We will be back again. Thank you!

We liked it very much

We loved it! We could have used a few more towels but we were told ahead of time for longer stays to bring our own. We stayed 3 nights. We got 3 bath towels for the two of us together. We could buy more if we wanted but we made it work. Loved the view. Loved the Tarpon Tiki lounge and the pool. Very clean.

We were able to relax, the pool is nice. Being close to the tiki bar was also nice. You will hear the airplanes but it was nice to be close to the airport.

The room was nice and cozy. The view of the marina was fabulous. And most importantly, the bed was super comfortable. This was my second time staying here and ill most likely stay here again when i am in the area.

Bed was nice. Clean and basic. Nearby restaurant was great. Watching the sunset on the marina was a plus.

This cosy room has a great location an was a great place to stay

The room was just as described. Location by the Marina is quite nice. The Ramada, which handles the room's maintenance, resolved issues extremely quickly and painlessly. In addition, they have a nice restaurant (Tarpon Bay?) which is a great place to grab some food, drinks, or listen to live music. Located very near SRQ airport and about 20 minutes from Lido Key Beach, which quickly became a favorite location for us. Dave, the owner, is responsive to emails sent within the Vrbo app. The king size bed was probably the most comfortable Vrbo/hotel bed on which I've slept. Ten nights without a backache is nearly miraculous for me! I would definitely consider staying at one of Dave's locations in the future.

Love our stay. Furniture needs updating. Kinda outdated. But love staying at this location!! Dave makes things easy. Will stay here again.
