Stayed Dec 7, 2024The hotel passes at least a3 star hotel. It could use some maintenance, upkeep of the hand sanitizer and complimentary body wash and shampoo. For being in the south, it would make since to have a very functional AC.

Stayed Nov 21, 2024The rooms are quite old, had peeling paint, and very little sound barrier to others rooms and the hallway. I could clearly hear everything going on in the room next to me. And unlucky for me the people next door didn’t check in until 1am and made noise for over an hour. My room was also near the elevator so I was woken up again by people leaving at 4am. I will not be staying here again.

Stayed Jun 27, 2024Check-in and customer service was the best I've had in a while. I can not complain about that. The hotel was very clean for the most part. Good parking spots and getting in the building was very easy once you had your key. The pool was great and I enjoyed their spa. The bad thing was that 1- the ac did not work. It got really hot during the day, the thermostat said 65, but the room never went under 70, which still felt hot for us. 2-When we showered the water went onto the outside of the tub, leaving a huge puddle of water. We used every towel they had trying to dry it up and placing them outside so they could soak the water. I mentioned it to the front desk and the nice lady gave us more towels and said if we needed it to be dried up to ask the housekeeper. We didn't ask, we just dried it up and went about our day. Those are small things that can overlooked. Would I stay there again, yes, BUT I would ask for the room to be cleaned throughout our stay.
