Stayed Jan 25, 2026The room was dirty and when we complained the receptionist was not bothered. We followed up asking if management would do anything about it and told to discuss with our booking agent. Bathroom curtain did not retain water in the shower so the floor was very wet, the walls also needed maintenance due to leaking water. Sink plug was not lifting to drain the water so the sinks didn’t drain very well. Breakfast was a shambles!! No fruit or baked goods, waffle machine was dirty. Gym was basically ok but no towels available, and water cooler was damaged.
