Stayed Jul 23, 2025The North Tempe location has whatever store or restaurant you would need within 10 min. or less. It houses a rougher clientele. The kitchen doesn't provide as many of the items needed to fully use it, for example, no cutting board, & provided 2 or less sets of eating utensils. The grounds seemed taken care of & the continental breakfast was adequate. My last evening there, there was a local accident, which caused a power outage at 1:40 am, so the complex was without A/C until 11 am or later; no breakfast provided that day. All in all, where I was elsewhere the majority of the day, it worked for what I needed.

Stayed Dec 11, 2024Surprisingly good value for the money I'd stay again. Marred only by a scratched toilet bowl that looked like epic skid marks and a towel rack holding on for dear life from the wall.
