Pleasant Stay, Convenient Location! Full Kitchen, Outdoor Pool, Free Breakfast

Start with the good- location is convenient, bed was comfortable, staff was pleasant. We won’t stay here again. Breakfast was always out of basic foods- yogurt, fruit, orange juice, and replaced bacon with chorizo everyday because they ran out. We bought our own breakfast food for the duration, but the skillet handle was broken off. The toilet ran consistently, the sofa smelled like it had been wet. There is a parking fee that is taken from your deposit. We’ve stayed at much better VBRO locations while traveling.

We didn’t use the Pool but it did look very inviting.The Kitchen was poorly equipped. No towel to dry dishes, 2 pans, 1 small fry pan, no drinking glasses.2 of each eating utensils.Would have been better to have paper products The microwave stated it wasn’t charged.Room was Very Clean .. Bed was extremely Comfortable.Giving 4 stars due to lack of cooking & eating equipment.Host was great … I give 5 Stars to The Ladies in the dining room for Breakfast Very Friendly Always making Sure Food was Hot & Plentiful

Clean room and amenities. Nice complementary breakfast. Wish I could have taken it back to my room and kitchen though.Staff were friendly and accommodating for earlier check in.

Older facility, very clean

The North Tempe location has whatever store or restaurant you would need within 10 min. or less. It houses a rougher clientele. The kitchen doesn't provide as many of the items needed to fully use it, for example, no cutting board, & provided 2 or less sets of eating utensils. The grounds seemed taken care of & the continental breakfast was adequate. My last evening there, there was a local accident, which caused a power outage at 1:40 am, so the complex was without A/C until 11 am or later; no breakfast provided that day. All in all, where I was elsewhere the majority of the day, it worked for what I needed.

Convenient location for us. Only slept at location did not utilize any other amenities

Surprisingly good value for the money I'd stay again. Marred only by a scratched toilet bowl that looked like epic skid marks and a towel rack holding on for dear life from the wall.
